Wonderful apartments, with a caring owner.

Pros: Ana is one of the best owners of apartments on booking, from which I have rented accommodation. Before arrival, she provided detailed instructions on how to find the apartment and how to get the keys. Her additional instructions on cafes, restaurants and shops that are located near the apartment were super useful. The apartment has all the necessary kitchen utensils for comfortable cooking. You also have a coffee machine with a supply of coffee capsules and additional teas. There is a washing machine and a dishwasher. The house is five minutes from the beach. Umbrellas and other beach equipment are available, as well as children's beach toys.

Cons: — There are garbage cans right at the entrance to the apartment, and it still spoils the impression of the area. Also, when the garbage truck comes early in the morning, it is very noisy. — The hood above the hob does not vent the air outside, but simply draws air under the ceiling, and if something goes wrong during cooking — it burns or is simply quite smoky, then all this will be in the apartment. — The apartment does not get direct sunlight. We were there in October — so because of this, the apartment was quite cool, and we had to heat it with air conditioning. ! But for a hot summer — this is probably not a minus, but a plus — because unlike the street, the apartment will be cool. But this is just an assumption. — There is a lot of dog poop on the streets in this area, you have to constantly look under your feet so as not to step on it.

Pros: Everything was very clean and useful ! The location is perfect to go to the beach every day and it is not that far of the center by car or metro. The apartment was perfect and even bigger than we expected, Thank you !

Cons: Maybe some more kitchen items would be useful ! Such as a vegetable peeler or maybe more washing machine products, but it’s not dramatic considering all the ustensiles there is

Modern apartment close to beach

Pros: Very happy with the apartment, close to the beach, close to all metro and bus stops to city and interconnected to airport. Aircondition,a veranda from bedroom with chairs and table. Well equipped kitchen and even had juice Press, we had fresh orange juice everyday. There was equipment for beach like parasol for shade and towels to lay on the sand. When we booked i booked from the wrong day,but she was very flexible and we could stay to next day without a problem. She also helped us and let us leave luggage in the apartment while we wait for our plane in the evening. We are so so happy for this apartment and host it made our vacation happy, Muchos Gracias! Pros: It’s a very comfortable, clean and beautifully refurbished apartment. It has all you need and I found the bed very comfortable. Also a great location. The hosts were really nice and very responsive.

very clean but quite cold in winter

Pros: really clean apartment, well equipped kitchen. Everything seems rather new. good location and quiet. Bed was rather soft and felt very comfortable

Cons: during our stay the apartment felt really cold, especially the floor. Heating was available but didn’t help much. Wifi was ok but inconsistent.

Pros: I really liked that the host sent me all the tips about Valencia. She was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was new with all the necessary facilities. It was close to the beach. When we came we saw the beers waiting for us in the fridge so it was really nice :) Everything was good there and we really liked our stay :)

Pros: Świetny kontakt z gospodarzem! Lokalizacja, bardzo blisko plaży Super dojazd do centrum, autobusy praktycznie pod domem Jest wszystko czego potrzeba na kilkudniowy wyjazd z dzieckiem: pralka, piekarnik, ekspres kapsułkowy, mnóstwo ręczników, sporo sklepików, duża ilość aptek;)

Все было просто супер, это 10 из 10

Pros: Месторасположение просто шикарное, рядом пляж (пешком 10 минут) так же рядом автобусная остановка от куда можно легко доехать до центра города и не только, так же вокруг очень много продуктовых магазинов и разных кафе, ресторанов, баров, хозяйка квартиры просто невероятная, за некоторое время до заселения, она присылает свои рекомендации и советы по заведениям которые стоит посетить, какие в округе есть магазины и аптеки, их график работы, а так же о всех достопримечательностях, отдельным плюсом идет вместе с квартирой всяческой оборудование для пляжного отдыха, а именно пляжный зонт, подстилки и лежаки, в квартире есть все необходимое и даже больше

Pros: Las vacaciones fueron maravillosas, el apartamento estaba limpio y cómodo, con una buena remodelación. En el apartamento hay aire acondicionado y ventilador. También hay jabón, champú, toallas y muchos electrodomésticos para cocinar. La vajilla es nueva, todo está muy bien.

Pros: Świetne miejsce, blisko plaży, dobrze skomunikowane z całym miastem. Dodatkowo zabawki dla dzieci na plażę to mega plus kiedy lecisz z plecakiem😊
