Pros: Lovely well equipped apartment close to beach. We had an early check in and milk and bubbly left for us was a nice touch. It was easy to get to the city on the nearby bus and tram

Pros: The area is local and very close to the beach. There are lots of lovely bars and restaurants close to the property. The hosts were very helpful with check in and check out times.

Pros: Located in lively El Cabanyal with a nice playground in front of the house. A welcoming arrival with some fruit, milk and Cava in the fridge. Cristina en Wen were very helpful when we missed some utensils in the kitchen en solved it immediately.

Cons: The liveliness outside on the street continued sometimes at night, especially in the weekends. The noise made it difficult to have undisturbed sleep.

Pros: This is a nice property was cosy & comfortable and has everything you need for a short or long stay. It’s in a good location in a nice neighbourhood close to all shops, bars, restaurants, beaches

Cons: The room for the shower could be a bit bigger!

Pros: I really liked everything about the place. Everything was clean and comfortable, and it was very close to the beach (within a 10-minute walk).That's exactly what I was looking for. I would definitely book it again in the near future.

Great facilities for a very reasonable cost.

Pros: The host was very nice to wait for me when I was delayed. The apartment is very spacious with everything you need including food and beverages, that was a nice extra. It is a relatively short walk to the beach, but it is located a one hour walk from central Valencia. It was easy to get to using the metro from the airport. There was some construction going on, which did prove to be a little loud in the bedroom. I would definitely return for another visit.

Pros: Appartamento confortevole con cucina ben attrezzata e soggiorno con divano e televisore. Camera da letto spaziosa. Bagno piccolino ma funzionale. A disposizione anche attrezzatura per spiaggia, raggiungibile a piedi in 10'. Tanti ristoranti nelle vicinanze per tutti i gusti e le tasche. Mezzi pubblici per raggiungere il centro o l'aeroporto a pochi passi.

Cons: Durante il nostro soggiorno, nella piazzetta antistante, gruppi rumorosi di giovani fino a tarda notte.
