Pros: Everything was great, no complaints. We highly recommend it.

Perfectly specced in a perfect location

Pros: To make it short: The host was perfect and replied quickly to any questions. The apartment is close to the beach and has everything you need. I've never been to an apartment that was so perfectly specced, with nothing missing. Amazing! Bonus points for that. Also, everything worked and was perfectly clean.

Cons: The only downside was the bed, unfortunately. The mattresses were worn out and didn't offer much support.

Pros: Loved our time there. The apartment is close to the beach (7 minute walk, even with a hangover) and its close to many shops and restaurants nearby. The place was tidy and clean when we arrived. The check in process was easy and done remotely. Had two sets of keys (big plus). The room was well furbished, with the kitchen and bathrooms well stocked with everything necessary: utensils for cooking, pots and pans, dishes and towels, soap and shampoo. Lastly, the host was very responsive and helped us whenever we requested assistance, even late at night. Communication was easy and efficient. Would definitely come back.

“Amazing stay near the beach!”

Pros: We absolutely loved our time at this Airbnb in Valencia. The location is perfect — just a short walk to the beach, with lots of great restaurants, cafés, and local shops nearby. The apartment was spotless, stylish, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a well-equipped kitchen and fast Wi-Fi. The host was super friendly and responsive, making check-in smooth and easy. Waking up and being so close to the sea was a dream. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy the best of Valencia’s coast!

Pros: Loved the location, right in front of the flat a small part with a basketball field, so during weekends you’ll be woken up by the kids playing football or basketball. Flat is comfortable. Close to the flat few shops, nice gelateria that has just opened and beach is 7-10 min calm walk

Cons: I was upset about the cleaning and no coffee, as we arrived late in the morning when we found our coffee machine I thought there should be some capsules, but there wasn’t

Pros: Very nice apartment with what we needed for a 1 week stay. Location just a short walk to beach and buses and metro nearby. Clean.

Cons: A bit noisy at times being at street level next to the sidewalk.
