Grest place, 20 mins walk from the centre, had everything we needed, great value for money.

Pros: Maria was amazing, we had arranged for a late check in, our flight was delayed a further 90 mins meaning we didn't get there until almost 11pm. She still met us with a smile and explained everything.

Super apartment in good location

Pros: Beautiful apartment in a good location. Easy access to transport links, cafes and supermarket. Spotlessly clean, well equipped with everything you need and more and so comfortable. Maria was a fab host and we would highly recommend!

Big recommendation!

Pros: The apartment had anything we could imagine. It was so clean, very comfortable. It was nice and modern. It had items that I forgot to bring so it is a big plus! The host was so kind and polite, she wrote a paper with things we might wanted to visit, explained where the market and shop were, she even wrote which bus leads to where. One of the best apartments I have ever stayed, big recommendation!!

Pros: Everything you need for a stay: kitchen, dishwasher, coffee, washing machine, shower gel... Comfy sofa and bed, nice livingroom, close to the old center

Cons: It is not a real bad point, but one thing you should know: You enter the appartment and its livingroom directly from the street. The windows are of frosted glass, so you get light, but cannot see outside. This gives it a bit of a basement feeling. But all the appartment is nice, new and stylish.

Great vacation

Pros: Very clean with all necessities. Great location with a bus line that takes you directly to the beach. The owner is great and helpful. On our arrival she welcomed us and showed us the apartment with a tutorial of how everything works plus explained us how we can go to the center and all good things that should be visited in Valencia.

Apartamento excelente

Pros: Apartamento muy completo para pasar unos días en Valencia. La atención de María José es excelente, muy pendiente de todo. La ubicación es muy buena, y la zona es tranquila. Sin duda, cuando volvamos a Valencia, intentaremos alojarnos aquí de nuevo.

Pros: Recent gerenoveerd gelijkvloers apartement dichtbij de Turia tuinen en op een kwartiertje stappen van het historisch centrum. We werden goed ontvangen en hadden er een prima tijd. Er is een aparte slaapkamer, een grote badkamer en een leefruimte met een zetelbed en een goed ingerichte keuken. We zouden er zo terug gaan.

Finde en familia

Pros: El alojamiento era perfecto por ubicación. Cerca del centro y en un barrio tranquilo donde puedes encontrar tiendas de alimentación. Nos recibió Maria Jose, para explicarnos todo los detalles tanto del apartamento como del transporte, para movernos por Valencia. Sobre el apartamento que decir, estaba impecable, súper limpio y pasamos una estancia muy agradable. Tenía todo lo necesario para pasar una estancia de 10. Las fotos describen perfectamente el apartamento. Agradecer a Maria Jose los detallitos de bienvenida que tuvo y el detalle de dejarnos quedar el último día hasta la hora que quisiéramos, es de agradecer. Sin duda repetiremos.
