Teide Rooms

Pros: We loved our stay here. The room was very comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The shower was great! The staff were also very friendly, helpful and professional.

Very good stay as usual

Pros: We have stayed here several times before and it's our first option in El Puerto. Very spacious room, good shower, comfortable bed. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Service in the bar/cafeteria impeccable. Can usually find street parking fairly close.

Pros: Compact quality rooms. Great showers/ mattresses/ sheets. I can’t fault it. Breakfast was good value too.

Cosy little room

Pros: Comfy little room, much smaller than on the photos, but modern. Small terrace, looking into walls around. It was quiet. The shower is very good.

Cons: Very basic breakfast, forget about the coffee! Worst coffee.

Basic rooms, well equipped and refurbished. But nothing special, as wasn't fridge or windows to open

Pros: Simple room, with just what you needed and fully refurbished

Cons: Quite far from the sea side, not balcony or windows to open and not fridge

Excellent value recently renovated hotel with good facilities

Pros: Comfortable bed and room: balcony with a nice street view more than made up for the rather small room. Super shower. Loading/unloading parking at rear where the check in machine is located. We have always found street parking nearby, sometimes free, otherwise €1.10 for 2 hours, no charge 2000-0900. Good quality fixed price evening menu (and Carta)in the restaurant, same items plus bocadillos etc in the bar/cafeteria/terrace.

Cons: Reception is rarely staffed, and bar staff are always very busy, so can be difficult to get even a simple question answered. Smoking on the terrace (ashtrays provided), but not a problem likely to be solved any time soon in Spain! One thing unlikely to be a problem for most guests: only one key card provided, bar manager (?) kindly gave us a second so that we could connect our camping fridge. When we returned the next afternoon, the housekeeping staff had removed the card, so the fridge was switched off.

A very pleasant stay!

Pros: Everything was at a good level — clean, comfortable, and nicely arranged.

Cons: A couple of small downsides: there was an empty bottle of shower gel left in the bathroom, and the self check-in process can be quite slow if the document scan doesn’t work properly.

Suddenly just superb!

Pros: First, i didn’t expect this - but the terrace was really huge!! This amazed me because the difference for the room with terrace was just like some 20-30 euros. I loved the contactless smooth checkin done via ipad on the street. Clean nice room! Everything was really new and felt quite expensive! Real value for money!

Cons: There was a hiccup with air conditioner when i came back at night - so since there was no reception - i thought it was too late to find someone to write to and then try to fix the problem. So i just opened the terrace door and therefore was eaten by mosquitos! The next morning the air conditioner was okay. The only minor problem - all the rest was really good’

A well designed, well priced stop over with a good bar in the hotel.

Pros: Good clean design and friendly busy bar - good atmosphere. Illy coffee!

Cons: The check in process is long especially after a long long day driving. I felt you had most of the information already and were asking me to re input it. That said, it’s a neat system.

Pros: Super clean on very nice location on nuevo centro in Puerto De Sagunto. The smart tv in the room its a with very good size. Fast wifi internet with good coverage. Perfect value for the money! Recommend!

Cons: May be will be good to have some fridge in to the room!
