Nice room with decent bathroom comfortable bed

Pros: The size of the bathroom it was surprisingly big in comparison with the rest of the room. Having a fridge to put stuff there was handy. It was no so close to the city center or beaches but it was close to buses and tram stations to move around.

Cons: The walls between rooms were not to thick so it was relatively easy to listen other rooms, so I would recommend to bring to ear plug if you have problems sleeping. In my case it was not too bad but i guess it would depend a lot in the other guests.

Pros: This accommodation provides great value for the money. It is exactly as shown in the pictures, clean, and the room smells very nice. I was a bit afraid that I would not sleep well due to the noise from the street, but I slept really well. The communication with Irlanda was straightforward. One of the reasons I reserved this accommodation was the bike rental option. I could use it immediately after arrival, which I highly appreciate.

Cons: The door to my room was a bit thin, providing less privacy, but it was not an issue. The bike is suitable for persons less than 180 cm. For us, tall people, the seat is rather low.

Nice accommodation

Pros: I was staying at this place for 10 days and all I can say: thank you! Everything was prepared for my stay, very clean and convenient to access. What’s more, the owner of this place is extremely polite, friendly and cheerful. She always asked me if everything was ok, how my vacations were going, maybe something was missing etc. I traveled solo and felt really comfortable and safe in this place. Also the location itself is nice, most of the necessary shops are at hand, you can use bus easily or direct tram and go to the beach without any obstacles. In my opinion, the location is 10/10 taking into account the price/affordability/service.

Cons: Maybe there was a slight noise from the street, however, it didn’t bother me that much.

Pros: The accommodation was just as the photos advertised. Clean, tidy, just what I needed. The host was fantastic. She was so helpful with any queries I had. She suggested restaurants, places to see and visit, support with travel etc. Her service went above and beyond.

Cons: I was pleased with it all.

Love Valencia

Pros: Very clean and cosy place in a central location, Irlanda was very helpful and accommodating. Everything you need for an amazing staying

Pros: I found the Blue House great value for money & a great location for staying in Valencia, Irelanda (the owner) was very friendly & helpful. It's on the bus routes the centre of the city or a 25 walk. All in a great stay

Comfortable and nice for bicycling!

Pros: It was clean and nice in the common areas. Host was super nice and friendly. I rented a bike for four of the days, and got around all of the city with it, Valencia is amazing for bicycling! I was at university during daytime, and it was good to come home and have my own bathroom and bedroom at casa azul. Other guests were friendly and polite as well. I had read and heard some negative things about the area Rascanya, but I really liked the area and felt completely safe as a girl travelling solo. Using the bike after dark helped me a lot on feeling safe as well.

Pros: The room was small but comfortable, with everything necessary. Also in the common space there was everything I needed (furniture, tea, sugar, and fridge/boiler). The bed was very comfortable and the room and the bathroom was, overall, very clean (especially for spanish standard)

Cons: The apartment was a little bit noisy and noises from the outside/from other rooms can be heard when I was in the bedroom

Pros: Miejsce parkingowe zawsze znaleźliśmy w pobliżu, z zakupami nie było problemu wszystko blisko. Czysto łatwy kontakt z właścicielem ,trochę słychać ulicę ale nam to nie przeszkadzało.

Muy buena relación calidad-precio

Pros: La ubicación es genial para moverse por Valencia y la casa estaba muy limpia cuando llegamos. Lo mejor fue lo tranquilo que es el sitio, pudimos descansar sin ruidos de la calle. El proceso para entrar fue fácil y el personal estuvo atento por WhatsApp
