Pros: The apartment is close to the tram station. It was clean and nice. The WiFi connection was good. The check-in was fast.

Cons: The reservation was done for two people, but the utensils were just for one person (cups/glasses for example). The apartment is not soundproof, you can hear the neighbors pretty well. Also, upon arrival, you have to leave 100 euros as a guarantee which was a surprise after having already paid for the reservation. But the money were returned without problem.

Pros: The room was good, but I wasn't living in the one I've booked. Eventually, it occurred that the cleaning lady didn't bring back the keys from what was supposed to be my room and I was given the other room. It was good. Nicely designed and with AC. Mind they hold 100 euro deposit on the card even if you book 1 night.

Pros: Very close to conference center. Although I did not used it, there is a tram stop just in front. They were very kind and they were sure that the apartment had all we needed.

Cons: May be a little bit noise due to the tram , but it did not disturb much.

Pros: small cozy apartment. we had a small balcony. beautiful room design. good shower and toilet. large bed for two people. Nearby there is a tram stop and a shop. You can find free parking near your house if you look. Cosy

Cons: there was a dirty floor. the rest was clean. unpleasant sewage smell in the toilet.

If I'm ever in Valencia again, I'm ready to stay at this hostel again! There are many advantages!

Pros: Nice cozy and spacious hostel room on the second floor. It had its own kitchen and separate bathroom. The apartment has an excellent location, close to the tram and metro, a breakfast cafe, and a water park. The room had dishes, its own stove, microwave. The bed is large and comfortable.

Cons: Upon arrival we were informed of a deposit of 100 euros. We paid by card. It was later returned, but it took about 7 days. There was no electric kettle in the room; I heated water in a saucepan. The air conditioner couldn't warm the room, it was a little cold. Apart from air conditioning there is no heating.

Bonito apartamento

Pros: Solo pasamos una noche, pero fue suficiente para quedar encantados. La habitación es preciosa y está recién reformada, con un diseño moderno y todo impecable. El gran plus es la terraza, que es superamplia y un lujo para relajarse. ​Mención aparte merece la chica que nos recibió: fue encantadora y muy atenta, lo que hizo que nuestra llegada fuera inmejorable. A pesar de haber estado poco tiempo, la experiencia fue de diez. ¡Seguro que volveremos!

Pros: Una buena zona de confort en buena ubicación para poder desplazarte resuelven tus dudas uy problemas rápido

Pros: Me pareció un sitio acogedor, cómodo para pasar la noche

Pros: Que estuviera el baño y la cocina dentro y no tener que compartir, esos espacios.

Cons: El espacio del fregadero olía mal, sobre todo cuando abres la puerta del cubo de la basura a pesar que tenía bolsa limpia.

Pros: Belle décoration très cocooning, personnel très gentil et agréable. Propreté ok (satisfaisante). Pas de puce de lit comme j'ai pu voir dans d'autres avis. 3 Serviettes de bains mises à disposition. Manque peut-être un peu de vaisselle. Appartement suffisant pour passer 1 ou 2 nuit de passage mais pas tout un séjour entier. Métro à proximité mais sonorisation supportable.

Cons: Appartement humide avec de la moisissure présente visuellement sur les murs. Caution de 100e€ demander a l'arrivée par CB sinon pas d'attribution de logement (montant injustifiée). Débitée directement mais remboursée que 7/8 jours après si remboursement car vu des avis d'utilisateurs disant ne s'être jamais fait rembourser la caution même 1 mois après. A voir donc si arnaque ou non dans 8 jours pour ma part.... Quelques travaux de rénovation seraient envisageables (voir photo) Stationnement compliqué aucun parking a proximité. Quartier pauvres. Mais dans l'ensemble pour juste 1 nuit nous avons tout de même été satisfaits dans l'ensemble.
