private room in shared apartment Valencia WorkStay

I really recommend this room.

Pros: My host was really friendly and helpful. She was realy flexible with the arriving time and the leaving time as well. The kitchen is fully equiped, and the whole apartment was very clean.

Cons: The wifi in my room wasn't the best.

Pros: This place is perfect for a short stay. It's not far from the train station, city center, beautiful park and Ruzafa market. Host Maria organized a transfer for me to the airport.

Cons: Wi-fi signal didn't reach my room.

Pros: The owner of the house was super nice it was close to the centre 25 min walk. The area was really safe the house was clean . We had a great stay. Thank you

Pros: Spacious, good communication by the owner and it was well-kept. Location was perfect, neighbourhood is safe and just 5 mins away from Russafa where there’s lots of good food and great atmosphere. The other tenants were respectful and help to keep the place clean too. Glad to have found this place.

Cons: Just some minor points: 1. Perhaps a couple more hooks in the bathroom. 2. Culturally, for Asian households, wearing shoes indoors are not acceptable so this was just a personal opinion and I was not used to it but the host maintains her place well. I would suggest for those who would mind this point, bring your own slippers. I just wore my socks for my own comfort as I expected this.

Pros: Property and room was very clean and light, it was in a nice quiet area close to bus links to the rest of the city. Landlady was kind and had good communication.

Pros: Very good central location ! Everything was good organized and the room is spacious only the mattress of the bed makes noise when you turn around but you can sleep and feel comfortable overall ! Bathroom is clean and there is warm water to shower . Tenants are caring and don’t make noise as well .

Pros: Everything! The room was clean with a good bathroom and cooking facilities. The landlady was lovely as well. She does such a good job at keeping the place clean and tidy and is really friendly! Was kind of sad to go.

Pros: good location not far from the North Station, so walking distance to city centre and just about walking distance to Oceanarium
