Good value to price ratio

Pros: The place was great. Clean, cosy and beautiful. Many handy stuff like plates, cutleries and etc are already available.

Cons: The ceiling was a bit low, especially if you are tall you should be careful 😅.

Pros: Very close to all amenities, great shower with loads of hot water

Cons: There was no wash basin to wash dishes, could only be washed in small sink

Lovely room for the week

Pros: The room was great and super comfortable. It was very clean unlike some reviews suggested and we had an extra duvet/heater in the wardrobe, although we did not need them as it was very hot so we used the air con in the night time. The bed and pillows were super comfortable! The terrace was large and very nice. Big, powerful shower in the bathroom and plenty of space. They allowed us to enter the room early after a long flight which was very much appreciated :) But we highly recommend staying.here and the value is excellent 👍🏻

Cons: Only small criticisms would be that there is no table and chairs to eat at, only very small tables, this would have made the room a bit more practical! And there were some very noisy neighbours staying in the room upstairs and next door that were in and out all through the night slamming doors so I would take earplugs.

Pros: Location, service in WhatsApp, cleaning issues — everything is really good!

Cons: Everything was great except one thing: this location and especially this house is very loud! The walls are seems like made from cardboard and every step outside the room is extremely loud for the person inside…. So if your sleep isn’t great it can be a problem for you :( We lived on the first floor and this problem was absolutely annoying for us….(

Lication is great. Easy to access the place. Didn’t have any discomfort.

Pros: Beds were soft and confy. Was very close to the city center

Cons: Was not very clean but was okay for 4 nights

Pros: Appartamento molto carino e accogliente in ordine e pulito ottima posizione

Pros: Всичко беше супер. Успя да задоволи нуждите ни и да направи престоят ни във Валенсия добър. 😇 Близо до центъра е, до метро и автобуси, супермаркет и кафенета.

Cons: Имаше проблем с климатика, но персонала оставиха допълнителни отоплителни печки ( + имаше радиатор на ток), така че без проблем стаята беше топла.😇

Personal telefónico muy eficiente hasta llegar a una habitación bien situada, bonita y cómoda.

Pros: El alojamiento está muy bien situado en Valencia y es muy bonito y cómodo.Lo que más me gustó es el personal que nos ayudó en todo momento desde el teléfono hasta llegar al lugar y meternos en la habitación.Personal muy agradable,muy eficiente,muy útil y maravilloso.

Pros: La posizione. Molto vicino al centro. Poco rumoroso. Il letto molto comodo. La stanza conta con il necessario per il soggiorno. Ha un mini frigo e un forno microonde che di sicuro aiutano.

Cons: Si potrebbe migliorare nella comunicazione con lo staff.

Pros: Posizione ottima e in una zona tranquilla. Si raggiunge facilmente la stazione. Struttura ottima per brevi soggiorni.

Cons: Difficolta iniziale ad accedere alla struttura per via della serratura della porta di ingresso un po' dura.
