Very welcoming, helpful Staff and always clear.

Pros: The Hotel was amazing, friendly Staff and is accessible to all amenities in the Area of Valencia.

Cons: The light switch in the bathroom was buzzing like there was an electrical fault.

Good, clean and quiet hotel.

Pros: The hotel appears to be new and well-maintained, featuring a lovely lobby area with ample space to enjoy a complimentary coffee from the refill station. The Wi-Fi was excellent for those who need to work while staying there. The room was good, and there isn't much else to add about it.

Cons: We were given access to the room we booked, but when we opened the door, we found multiple open suitcases on the floor, indicating that someone else was already using the room. We had to return to the reception to inform them, and they provided us with a new room. However, we were concerned about what would happen if they mistakenly allowed someone else into our new room as well. Additionally, the shower door was nearly impossible to close. You may have difficulty finding parking for your car in the evening. The breakfast items are not replenished, so if you arrive late, you may find limited options.

Excellent apartment room with everything you need

Pros: Spacious, clean apartment room with balcony and everything you need. Central location in Nice and 1.5km walk to old town. Right next to shopping centre and main road. Louisa was very helpful and responsive - it was kind of her to let me use her washing machine and drying rack, plus leave my luggage for a few hours after checking out.

Cons: The fold out mattress could be more comfortable but everything else was great.

Pros: The hotel is conveniently located for tourists planning an early flight and is suitable for short stays. The room is clean, comfortable, has all the necessary amenities. There is a coffee machine and vending machines in the lobby.

Impeccably clean, free hot drinks, excellent value! will return!

Pros: The Receptionist (called Jaume, I think) spoke PERFECT English, which was an unexpected bonus. The room and bathroom were impeccably clean. Truly exceptionally clean! We appreciated the free hot drinks available from the machine, as we were in a rush and didn´t have time for the paid breakfasts. It is a nice courtesy! The price is unbeatable.
