Genial!!

Pros: La comunicacion con Pepe fue muy buena y la facilidad para recoger las llaves también. El apartamento es súper espacioso, tanto el comedor como las habitaciones son enormes. Nos dejaron cápsulas de café y una botella de agua fresquita en la nevera, un pequeño detalle pero se agradece muchísimo. Es fácil encontrar aparcamiento por la zona, al menos en esta época. Lo recomiendo 100%.

Cons: Tuvimos un pequeño problemilla con el lavabo que no tragaba el agua pero nada importante, se lo dijimos a Pepe y pondrá solución enseguida. Por el resto todo perfecto.

Pros: El apartamento está muy bien, es muy amplio y está limpio. Está genial situado, cerca del puerto, de la playa, de restaurantes, de un supermercado. El dueño muy amable.

Super séjour à Burriana dans un appartement très confortable!

Pros: Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cet appartement à Burriana! Pepe, le propriétaire, est très serviable et à notre disposition! L'appartement est tout refait à neuf, spacieux, avec de grandes chambres et la climatisation! il est proche de toutes les commodités (supermarchés, restaurants, bars, glaciers...), et on peut aller à la plage à pieds! nous n'avons pas besoin de voiture. De plus, il se situe dans un quartier et une rue très calmes, sans nuisances sonores! Nous espérons revenir!

Cons: l'eau chaude dans la salle de bains est lente à venir.

Parfait ! Et l’hôte tres à l’écoute des demandes. À noter qu’il débute et que cela ne peut que s’améliorer

Pros: La proximité avec les commerces les restaurants et la plage à moins de 12 minutes à pieds. Le centre de la ville est à moins de 6 minutes en voiture.

Cons: Il y a des escaliers mais sincèrement ce n’a pas été un gêne, c’est bien de le savoir

Perfecte!

Pros: L' hospitalitat dels amfitrions. Localització. Amplitud d' espais. Tot i que no hem disposat de gaire temps, el pis conta també amb una àmplia terrassa on pots esmorzar, llegir o conversar, entre d' altres ... Supermercats, cafeteries, gelateries i restaurants a mà sense haver d' agafar el cotxe.

Pros: Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, neu und groß. Sehr geschätzt haben wir die Klimaanlage. Die Terrasse ist auch toll. Die Betten wunderbar. Alle Küchengeräte sind neu. Der Ausblick mit Bergen und Palmen sehr schön. Zum schlafen super ruhig.

Cons: Wir empfanden es nicht als schlimm, aber man sollte wissen, dass sich die Wohnung im 2.Stock ohne Aufzug befindet mit 46 Stufen. Tassen, ein Flaschenöffner und Wäscheklammern fehlen. Beim Equipment sollte man somit noch nachbessern. Nur Kleinigkeiten welche man leicht beheben kann, ansonsten top!
