Suit the needs

Pros: It is rented via agency, they are well organised, pickup key is time independed (they have a machine that gives u the key) and reply to queries fast. The apartment is well located It has a parking spot in the building (No.2 place), close to the beach and restaurants. It is clean and everything operates. The only downside is the old furniture.

Pros: Emplacement: appartement très bien situé et de grande taille. L appartement est agréable pour un séjour et notamment la clim permet d y être bien. Globalement l appartement était propre. La piscine de la résidence n est pas trop remplie. On a pu passer des journées pratiquement seuls. Donc c était très agréable. L immeuble est bien entretenu donc agréable également. Proche de tout commerce et resto. Une fois ma voiture garée pas besoin de la ressortir pour le séjour pour les besoins standards

Cons: Appartement pour 6 à 8 personnes mais la piscine de l immeuble n autorise que 4 personnes du même appartement dans la piscine en même temps. Et une personne habitant dans l immeuble surveille ce point..... même si il s agit seulement d'un habitant de l immeuble. La cuisine était pas très très propre mais après signalement l agence à renvoyé de suite une personne pour nettoyer. Donc ça a été. La clim se vide dans un contenant qu il faut vider sinon ça se déverse chez les voisins d en dessous. Ceux sont les voisins qui nous ont prévenu et non pas l agence. Mais bon à savoir !
