The breathtaking sea view was a highlight—we enjoyed it every morning. The location is convenient, with everything nearby. The hosts are friendly and always ready to help. A perfect place to relax, and we will definitely be back!

Apartment with amazing views, close by the beautiful city of Valencia

Pros: An apartment with beautiful views. To a lake and to the sea. Possibility to swim in the sea and in the swimming pool. Even in November. Helpful hosts of Eric and Stanley, reacting very quickly. Although the neighbourhood is not very inspiring, possibility to stay in a peaceful area and visit busy and dynamic Valencia close by. Lots of facilities in the apartment

Cons: Just to say something: a coffeemaker who most of the time did not work. But that problem will be solved I guess.

Pros: the warm welcome by Eric was the start to a perfect stay. the great view paired with the tranquil environment make this the place to go, relax and recharge. if we could have stayed longer we would have.

Pros: Moderne Wohnung mit bester Ausstattung, lichtdurchflutet und offen. Das Allerbeste ist die extraordinäre Rundumsicht: Sonnenaufgang zum Frühstück im Wohnzimmer und zum Abendessen Sonnenuntergang auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite. Eric ist ein sympathischer Gastgeber, antwortete schnell und war sehr zuvorkommend. Mit dem Bus waren wir in 40 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Für die tolle Wohnung nahmen wir diese Anfahrtszeit gerne in Kauf. Absolute Weiterempfehlung!

Perfecto para desconectar

Pros: Poco se puede añadir a lo ya comentado: apartamento muy grande y luminoso. Vistas impresionantes: puedes ver el amanecer en el mar y el atardecer en la Albufera. Apartamento con todo lo necesario en la cocina, para la limpieza, lavado de ropa (lavadora y secadora). Varios aparatos de aire acondicionado. Sin problemas para guardar las cosas: hay armarios y cajones para aburrir. Lo mismo con los enchufes. Si buscas playa y tranquilidad, es tu sitio. En los alrededores prácticamente no hay nada, por lo que si además buscas marcha y ambiente, entonces no lo aconsejo.

Cons: La grifería necesita una actualización o puesta a punto. Lo mismo con las camas.

Tolle Wohnung mit fabelhaftem Ausblick und super Gastgeber

Pros: Super Aussicht mit Blick auf Valencia. Panoramablick aus allen Fenstern. Kurzer Weg fußläufig zum Meer. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich, hat uns viele Tipps und Informationen gegeben und war immer erreichbar. Die Wohnung war mit viel liebe zum Detail gestaltet

Cons: Leider waren wir in der Nebensaison dort. Das kleine Lebensmittelgeschäft in der Nähe hatte nur ein paar Stunden bis Mittags geöffnet. Viele Restaurants in der Nähe waren durch die Nebensaison nur tageweise oder gar nicht geöffnet. Die Infos auf Google Maps waren dazu nicht aktuell.

Mooi uitzicht

Pros: Het mooie uitzicht en de omgeving. Jammer van de vele regen waardoor de wandelpaden overstroomd waren.

Cons: De huurprijs voor het apartement is wat ons betreft te hoog.

Sogno

Pros: Appartamento BELLISSIMO, curato nei minimi dettagli, con tutto a disposizione, una vista stupenda sul mare di fronte, a fianco lo skyline di Valencia e sul retro il lago. Il proprietario Eric molto gentile e disponibile. Un luogo unico per trascorrere giorni di assoluto relax, siamo stati a gennaio ed il parco dell'Albufera regala scenari stupendi anche in inverno. Un sogno che non dimenticherò.

Pros: La posizione fronte spiaggia, la vista, la grandezza e bellezza dell'appartamento

Wunderschöne Wohnung mit toller Aussicht

Pros: Wunderschöne Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen, großartige Aussicht, tolle Lage, Eric war super nett wie immer :)
