A good apartment that could be great

Pros: Well fitted apartment, close to the seaside (15 mins leisurely walk).

Cons: Apartament overall needs updating, small changes would make great improvements. Should have clear instructions on the usage of the sun shades fitted outside the windows.

Beautiful tranquil apartment with stunning treetop views in a great location.

Pros: Decor , furniture, comfort. Comfortable bed , good kitchen n bathroom.Stunning treetop views. Great swimming pool and the block is very tranquil. Great location for access to the beach, natural park and easy bus service into Valencia. Close by restaurant ( just one) supermarket and a great bike hire shop ( Tony the boss at Dunebikes was super helpful and even helped us find the block on arrival)

Cons: The app to open up and enter the building was confusing and created a bit of stress!! The flat had not been properly cleaned!! Really dusty with hair and nail clippings on one surface and also it smelt like it hadn’t been properly aired . We found the managing agent pretty unhelpful on that front and a bit flippant when we called to ask for someone to come and clean. She offered the following day but wanting to sleep and settle in we asked a local friend who recommended a local cleaner who came and together we deep cleaned the place!!! Cost us 30 Euros but it was worth it. There is no hoover or dust pan in the apartment and being as we spent time on the beach sand gets everywhere.other than the cleaning it was brilliant 🤩

Beautiful apartment in a beautiful place between the sea and L’albufera de Valéncia

Pros: Location, view, amenities, really fantastic property.

Cons: Poor communication with management company-multiple emails with instructions for check in, none of them complete. Had to get let in the building by a resident. Staff only available certain hours to answer. Wifi was out almost half the time. Luckily i had a good data plan. Still worth it. Just ask for all instructions to be in one email. There were WAY too many.

Bel appart au soleil

Pros: L'appartement est vraiment bien équipé donnant une très belle vue calme et ensoleillée

Cons: Les voisins étaient assez bruyants.. et malheureusement ils étaient présents tout au long de notre séjour :-(

Vacaciones tranquilas en la Albufera

Pros: La ubicación y las vistas del apartamento. En general el apartamento está bien y se ve que se ha invertido en la decoración del salon y de la habitación principal. El barrio es muy tranquilo, ideal para descansar. Tanto la playa como la Albufera están cerca.

Cons: Pues he echado de menos varias cosas que creo que son de facil resolución: un juego adicional de sabanas y de toallas, un microondas y un ventilador en la habitación pequeña (tanto el salon como la habitacion principal tienen ventilador en el techo). Me hubiera gustado que hubiera un recogedor (hay escoba, pero no recogedor). Luego ya por añadir algo más, los muebles de la cocina los ha reacondicionado, pero los cajones, por ejemplo, no van bien.

Cons: Не хватает кондиционера
