Good value for money

Pros: Good value for money. Had a high chair and plenty of toys for my son to play with. The outside terrace is great. We had our meals there. Air conditioning is efficient. The kitchen is well equipped. The pressure of the hot water in the shower was good. We enjoyed time in the pool daily. We were lucky to be just by ourselves. The beach is literally 2 minutes walking and there are 2 small restaurants/bars where you can enjoy a drink or a meal like a local.there is a playground for children behind the block, didn’t use it too much as it was too hot. The property is in better shape than the photos reflect. Francisco is a friendly owner. There is an underground designated parking space but we parked mostly on the street right in front of the flat

Cons: We choose Pucol to have a quiet family time. In Spain you can forget about that. The neighbours are naturally noisy. You can hear every door slamming especially at night when the village comes alive. Be aware that there is a big construction site next to the property and the workers are noisy.

Even though it was a workation for me, I really fell relaxed!

Pros: The apartment is located in small and very calm town brea the sea - perfect for relax on the beach without noisy bars and drunk people ;) In the apartment you can find whatever you need - really there is anything! It is very clean and you can tell that the owners are taking good care of it.

Cons: The only “minus” is there is no wifi but let’s be honest - you can live without it in such calm and relaxing place :)

Estancia agradable

Pros: La ubicación, tan cerca de la playa, que hubiera dos baños, tener terraza para desayunar al sol y que hubiera juguetes para peques.

Cons: Quizá compraría algo más de cubiertos, sobre todo cuchillos, toallas algo más nuevas y arreglaría la mampara de la ducha que se atascaba un poco.

Gran apartamento y buenísimos receptores.

Pros: Very clean, good beds, great terrace to have breakfast or lunch, air conditioning, convenient kitchen, very friendly reception. Close to the beach, parking space etc, superb value for money.

Cons: A water boiler would be nice

Pros: Muy cerca de la playa, el apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unas agradables vacaciones

Cons: La piscina es pequeña, aún así mi hijo se lo pasó en grande

Pros: La ubicación es inmejorable, apenas a 2-3 minutos de la playa. La casa tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días de forma muy cómoda. El anfitrión nos permitió entrar antes, fue muy agradable. Súper recomendable.
