Cons: Overall a very comfy apartment but the sofa bed was not at all comfy an should be replaced

Perfect Location with Sunny Outdoor Space

Pros: The apartment had everything we needed for a two-night stay in Valencia. The location was ideal—just a few steps from Ángel Guimerá Metro Station and within easy walking distance of all the main attractions in the town centre. Just a heads-up: the apartment is on the rooftop, nine flights up, but there's a small lift if you'd rather not take the stairs. The staff were friendly and easily reachable via WhatsApp. They were very accommodating and even helped us arrange an earlier check-in. The beds were comfortable, and the real highlight for us was the large outdoor terrace—a sunny spot all day long. We’d definitely stay here again on our next trip to Valencia.

Pros: excellent apartment in a good location, has a large terrace, comfortable bed, solidly equipped kitchen... we stayed here for the second time and everything is ok

Pros: - excellent location - nearby metro station or 15 mins walk to the city center. Restaurants and bakeries in the area. - nice and spacious balcony with a good view (photo of the sunrise attached)

Cons: - its quite old and needs renovating - wifi signal is weak
