Pros: Check-in using digital key was super convenient. And It is located near from Metro station. Like every place in Valencia, there are several cozy restaurants around the location.
Cons: It may be a common feature of old European buildings, but the water in the bathroom sink and shower didn’t drain very well. For some reason, the apartment felt a bit humid when we returned in the evening after being out. Other than that, everything was fine.

Pros: The location was great, lots of cafe's and supermarkets. metro nearby.
Cons: WellI did not realise that there was no lift my husband of 82 struggled carrying the case up three flight of stairs they were very steep.

Pros: I liked the location best. It is close to the center and there is a metro station that is very close (maybe 300 meters). And you can take the underground directly to the airport.
Cons: There is nothing that I didn't like about it. It had everything that I needed. It is close to the city centre and is easy to reach from the airport.

A pleasant stay in Valencia.
Pros: The size and decoration of the flat, the setup, the location, by walking distance from the hyper center which remains reasonable. The typical Valencian building, the area, the outdoor neighborhood. Our host (management personal) was reactive when we contacted him to explain that the key had not been properly setup. Problem solved swiftly.
Cons: Thermal insulation is poor. It is very hard to cool down the flat with the single AC unit installed in the living room. We did not expect to be requested with insistance to provide our check out schedule upon arrival. The “intelligent” key is not provided with a backup normal key for the building door. That would virtually make it impossible to enter the flat in case of phone power shortage.

Pros: Good location, nice, spacious, comfortable apartment. The staff was kind, polite and helpful.
Cons: Bathroom could be renovated soon. Less ant and more tools n the kitchen would be better.

Pros: This 2 bedroom apartment was well equipped with everything we needed to feel at home during our stay in Valencia. The rooms were clear and I slept well every night.
Cons: The air conditioning unit for the apartment was on the far side of the building from the bedrooms, it was a challenge to get them cool for sleeping.

Soggiorno in famiglia
Pros: La struttura sì trova in una ottima posizione, collegata sia da autobus che metro. Vicino sì trovano bar, ristoranti e supermercati. Le dimensioni dell’alloggio erano generose. Aveva tutti i servizi necessari. La chiusura e apertura della porta principale era addirittura elettronica oltre che a chiave.
Cons: Mancava l’ascensore per le persone più anziane. Per i giovani sì fa un paio di rampe di scale.

Valencia Apartment
Pros: Great location. Near tube and cycle lane just around the corner. Good size and everything we needed. Aircon was welcome and very needed. Very pleased to have soap and shampoo in bathroom as expected but also some kitchen supplies - washing up liquid and some teas and coffee was great
Cons: Stairs to the third floor was a long way in the heat (but we were advised in information - we just unfit☹️). Couple of items - shower rail that fell down and flickering spot lamps could have been better. Balcony was a little smaller than anticipated - not quite able to sit out ( but too hot anyway so not an issue and there were drying lines which could be handy.
