Excellent choice for a few days stay

Pros: Good location, near metro station and busses, lot of restaurants and shops nearby. Clean, nicely furnished, comfy bed, equipped kitchen, and little terrace were we had breakfast and a cup of wine in the evenings.

Pros: Refrigerator and washing machine. There was enough cutlery and kitchen supplies

Cons: Shower always got the floor wet. Difficult to keep terrace clean. Could have provided more toilet tissue and towels

Nice staying, recommend

Pros: Location is great (Bioparc 18 min on foot, metro station 4 min, bus station and grocery 3 min). Spacy apartment, keys in the key lock waiting for us (we arrived at 1am), bed comfortable, nice terrace. Vicinity of the road is not problematic, not noisy. The end of May is ideal timing to visit Valencia, not so hot, not crowded with tourists.

Cons: Some small maintenance repairment needed (shower, drawers) but nothing drastical. Kitchen is equipped basically (for breakfast) but we ate outside throughout the day.

Lovely and modern flat close to the downtown

Pros: Comfortable and quite large apartment very close to the center. Metro and shops were also close. We did not meet the owner, but all questions were answered quickly.

Pros: Lokalita bola pokojná, čistá, ubytovanie bolo na prízemí, dvere boli priamo na ulicu, nebola žiadna chodba, posteľ bola pri dverách, kuchyňa bola čistá a zariadená, chválim, že boli aj tabletky do umývačky, prášok do práčky, kávovar bol nefunkčný, keď sme kontaktovali majiteľa, tak sa nám už neozval, kúpeľňa bola v poriadku. Blízko mestská doprava, metro aj autobus, pešo do centra cca 20 minút.

Cons: Nefunkčný kávovar, komunikácia s majiteľom bola nulová, v ubytovaní sme mali šváby.

Heerlijke gezinsaccomodatie! Voor herhaling vatbaar!

Pros: Locatie was top, bij allerlei voorzieningen: restaurantjes, (banket)bakker, supermarkt. Vervoer met Uber gedaan tussen €5-€10. Verder het appartement met binnenterrasje, schoon, compleet: magnetron, fornuis, koelkast, vaatwasser, wssmachine, goede AC, goede WIFI!

Perfecto para un fin de semana por Valencia

Pros: La cama era muy cómoda, la ubicación está bien, no muy en el centro pero no tan a las afueras, se puede llegar cómodamente andando a los sitios. La cocina parecía muy bien equipada, nosotros particularmente no la usamos.

Cons: Hacía mucho frío en la habitación

Es war sehr schööön 😊

Pros: Die Unterkunft war sehr geräumig. Für zwei Personen fanden wir es super. Etwas dunkel, aber sehr gute Beleuchtung 👍 Ein Bäcker direkt auf der Ecke und nette Restaurants. Die Altstadt mit ihren Sehenswürdigkeiten konnte man gut zu Fuß von der Unterkunft aus erkunden. Es gibt aber auch einige Bushaltestellen und die Metro in der Nähe.
