Pros: Staying here allowed us to experience the city in the true spirit of “when in Rome, live as the Romans do.” Choosing this neighborhood instead of the city center was the best decision we could have made. It’s a brilliant area with absolutely everything a traveler could wish for. From thrift shops to luxury fashion stores, from bakeries and pastry shops to countless small grocery stores, and of course wonderful tapas bars – everything is within walking distance. There are also many fruit and vegetable shops with incredibly fresh and delicious produce. Everywhere we went, people were smiling and kind. We could pay by card everywhere, which made daily life very easy. This is not just a place to sleep – it’s a place to truly live the city. Highly recommended.

Nice option for quick stays.
Pros: Modern and clean studio with fully equipped kitchen. Features a bed and a sofa. AC works both for cooling and heating. Smart TV with streaming platforms. Nice lighting modes and bathroom. Some groceries nearby.
Cons: The entrance to the apartment is right from the street with no safe box provided. A bit far away from the city center: Walking there takes about 25 mins, with the nearest metro station about 15 mins away. A tram station is nearby, though.

Very nice stay!
Pros: The apartment was the perfect size for a 3-night stay. We really loved the kitchenette as we were able to save some money and cook. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was nice. Overall, great experience.
Cons: The only thing I didn't love was the location, because it isn't super close to the center or beach, but it was easy to get to both of those locations using public transportation.

Pros: Very comfortable bed, complete and well equipped kitchen, very helpful owner who assisted us with some questions/issues, AC provided both cool air and heating, easy to check in and ground floor apartment - easy access.
Cons: Firstly, issue with noise - the apartment is right along the roadside at ground floor and the walkway is often frequented by people, so it can be very noisy, including the tram tracks noises. Secondly, there was no TV but rather an overhead projector that projected onto a white wall. It was very inconvenient and uncomfortable to watch as we had to shut all lights and look at the wall which had poor quality projection and audio. Our eyes felt strained after 30min of watching. So if complete peace and quiet and a proper tv are important to you, this place is not suitable.

Everything you need to feel right at home!
Pros: Very clean and everything you needed to feel right at home. Bright and spacious flat, right outside of a streetcar stop and several bus stops nearby. Great communication! (Be careful when using GPS directions, there is another Urban Loft in Valencia.)
Cons: Not a negative complaint, just a note that you are in the city. So, if you’re sensitive to street noise when sleeping, plan to play white noise on a speaker or bring earplugs.

Clean, modern comfortable unit just outside of city center.
Pros: Beds are comfortable. Apartment has good heating. Bathroom is clean and has lots of hot water, shower gel and shampoo. Lots of plug outlets and lighting. Unit does have some traffic noise (cars, tram) but it's not overbearing. Very quiet during the night for sleeping. Kitchen setup is decent. Host is extremely helpful and cheerful. Location is good for us (about 2km away from the city center). Lots of public transit right on the doorstep. Self-entry is very straightfoward and unit is right at street level (no stairs !!!). Would definitely book again when in Valencia.

Pros: La atención de Jorge fue genial, días previos nos dio indicaciones, nos detallo como entrar y como entregar. Al igual que nos permitió entrar antes de lo marcado.
Cons: Hubieron ciertos detalles en la limpieza y había un olor a cigarro, le mencionamos a Jorge, sin embargo no estuvo tanto en sus manos el hecho de que oliera así
