Spacious Penthouse with Massive Terrace

Fantastic location and a beautiful apartment.

Pros: The terrace is amazing, beds were comfortable and rest of the facilites were great.

Cons: Needs more hooks in the bathrooms to hang stuff up along with bigger Bath towels. Also could do with more hangers in the wardrobes.

Excellent apartment in a central location with a fabulous roof terrace.

Pros: The penthouse apartment was superb. We loved the roof terrace, had breakfast every morning and relaxed up there each evening. The beds were sooo comfy and the place was spotlessly clean. The location was great to reach everything we wanted to in Valencia. There was a supermarket just around the corner. We were allowed to store our luggage in the lockers in the entrance hall of the block when we arrived and the day we left. The entrance door was secure with a key code as was the front door of the apartment with an app on our phone. Our host, Maria, was really helpful with the many queries I had both before we arrived and during our stay. Would definitely stay again.

Pros: It is a beautiful and very well kept property, lovely finish to it and a lot of space, gorgeous roof terrace.

Cons: This apartment is brilliant but we just don’t understand not having a full length mirror throughout the whole apartment (so many places they could hang one) so myself and my friend couldn’t see anything we were wearing at any point during the 5 day stay which was very frustrating when getting ready to go for dinner etc. We also couldn’t understand the towel situation, 1.5 towels each for a 5 day stay. Would be great if there was a second set of towels for that duration.

Spacious, modern apartment in a quiet but central location

Pros: The apartment was clean, modern and spacious in an excellent location for exploring the old town. The terrace was superb. Unfortunately, the weather was on the chilly side when we were in Valencia, so we hardly used it. The communication with the host was great and we appreciated their flexibility when we arrived early and needed somewhere to store our luggage.

Cons: We liked pretty much everything about the apartment. If I was going to be picky, I'd say a few more towels would be useful. And maybe a towel rail in the bathroom(s).

Pros: El piso y la terraza es fantástico. La ubicación y la tranquilidad.

Cons: Ni un colgador de toallas en los baños. No hay donde colgar las toallas mojadas y sólo te dejan toalla y media.Tampoco un tendal para colgar la ropa. Faltan algunos utensilios de cocina. Esos detalles hacen la estancia incómoda sobretodo si hay varios días seguidos de lluvia.

Pros: Świetna lokalizacja, wszędzie blisko. Dobra komunikacja do plaży, Miasta Sztuki i Nauki oraz na lotnisko. Do centru historycznego \

Cons: W dolnej łazience prysznic do naprawy (raczej tylko słuchawka). Na tarasie dobrze byłoby uprać poduszki na kanapie, fotelach i leżakach. Rozumiem że byliśmy pod koniec sezonu, więc miały prawo być zabrudzone.

Super verblijf.

Pros: Locatie, de wijk dichtbij het oude centrum en park. Supermarkt en enkele cafe's/terrasjes in de buurt.

Cons: Communicatieprobleem met de eigenaar van de accommodatie. Door een plotselinge windvlaag was er een beschadiging aan een van de parasols omstaan, waarvan wij de onkosten moesten betalen.

Een prima locatie en verblijf.

Pros: Schoon en alle spullen aanwezig om een fijn weekend te hebben

Cons: Iets meer handdoeken in de douche zou een verbetering zijn

Entspannter Aufenthalt im Penthouse

Pros: Sehr schönes Gebäude, große Terrasse, tolle Einrichtung. Perfekt für drei Personen oder Paare.

Cons: Eigentlich war alles schön. Lediglich mehr Handtücher hätte mir gefallen, wenn wir jetzt sehr ins Detail schauen wollen.
