Eccellente

Pros: Pulizia eccellente, posizione non molto strategica ma vicina alle fermate dei bus, che facilitavano gli spostamenti.

Cons: Poca praticità nel conversare direttamente con i proprietari, ma era tutto automatizzato, siamo noi a noi essere abituati a questa modalità!

Pros: Essenziale pulita arredata con gusto. Posizione perfetta x le mie esigenze.

Cons: La mancanza di finestre e quindi di cambio aria e luce. La “terrazza” non vivibile x il caldo eccessivo dovuto allo scarico di aria caldissima dal motore del condizionatore.
