Pros: Lovely spacious flat facing the trees at the back as I had asked for quiet room not overlooking the road. Very helpful reception staff

Good fit for a family stay

Pros: Big and spacious apartment with everything included. It was clean.

Cons: Noisy due to traffic and poor noise insolation.

Pros: good location for Arts & Sciences although out of the centre. easy to access the city centre. The space was good, beds comfy and reception friendly.

Cons: The TVs were outdated - no smart capability/or access to streaming apps or cable tv. Graet apartments but a bit tired e.g bottom of the doors bowing, awkward toilet

Pros: Excellent place,very clean, comfortable,near the city of Science and Oceanographic.The staff is very helpful and nice.The airline company lost our stroller for the baby so the hotel gave us one to use it until it comes,very nice of them.I'm giving 9 only because of one problem with the door's locker and the strong winds at that time which made the night a challenge but the staff fixed it really fast.Beside that everything was perfect.. Definitely recommend.

Pros: I liked a lot the location and the amazing staff. The receptionist gave us so many good advices for the transportation.

Cons: The only thing that was a bit frustrating was the very hot water in the showers and our inability to adjust it without getting burnt.

Pros: Great location, amazing stuff. Wasn't even the problem to change bed sheets when my son had an accident. Spacious and clean. With huge amount of lotion, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. All kitchen stuff in place

Excellent location and really nice apartment

Pros: Was quite easy to get there from the aeroport, there is a bus stop just in front. The receptionists were really nice and helpful, explained us everything. The room was clean, we had everything we needed like coffee, sugar etc. The location is really nice, next to the City of Arts and Sciences and park Gulliver (nice for kids). A lot of supermarkets are near the building as well as restaurants

Cons: The sink was a bit clogged, but was fine as we had 2 bathroom (we had a big apartment). I would appreciate to have a broom or something else to clean the floor of the apartment. But these are small things. In general everything was great and I recommend the apartments
