Nice apartment for a short stay

Pros: The apartment was nice, clean, it's close to the metro station and it was quite affordable for Valencia.

Cons: The building has very thin walls and you can hear the neighbors, it's an issue if you're used to quietness at night.

Pros: Friendly welcome and support. Location close to supermarket and metro. Parking a bit further away (10 min walk), but for free and sufficient space. Quick luggage drop off possible at the street in front of the building. What more do you you need for a wonderful stay in Valencia?!

Pros: The kitchen had Coffee, salt, Pepper ready to use. Very clean and close to the metro station. Very nice Lady hanging the Keys and preparing the flat for us.

Pros: Every tiny thing were available, quiet place, easy to check in/ check out

Cons: Just not as convenient as could be bathroom (especially shower curtains)

Definitely worthy for money!

Pros: Apartment is renewed, quite close to city center, also not far from the airport.

Cons: The only thing was bad smell from the pipelines, but if you close the windows and turn on the air-conditioning you do not smell it.

Beautiful valencia stay

Pros: Location close to 2 metro stations less than 5 minute walk Supermarket/restaurants & bars close by again 5 minute walk Balcony which had sun all day Super comfy large double bed with plenty space in bedroom Villeta was very pleasant & welcoming Great messaging from host Ideal base to explore Valencia Great value for money

Cons: 4 flights stairs but got us fitter as the week went by Road noise/traffic & noisy neighbours at night but we're used to living on a main busy road but the neighbours shouting too much

Pros: Posizione appartamento comoda a metro e vari servizi. Alla fine nell'appartamento c'è tutto l'indispensabile come elettrodomestici e WIFI. Disponibilità dei referenti ad aiutarmi o a farmi capire come poter risolvere i problemi es: consegna chiavi e riscaldamento.

Cons: Suggerisco di pulire meglio il bagno es. zanzariera della finestra, muffe su diverse fughe. Non ho ben chiaro il deposito cauzionale all'arrivo ma è tuttavia gestibile.

Buen piso, difícil de aparcar.

Pros: El piso comodo y limpio, que es lo más importante. No está lejos de la ciudad (no usamos transporte publico)

Cons: El edificio es un poco viejo y en mal estado, aunque no así el piso que esta muy bien). Dice parking libre en la calle, pero encontrar donde aparcar es una odisea. Una de las noches estuvimos casi una hora buscando y terminamos aparcando a más de 1 km de distancia.

Pros: L'appartamento nuovo dotato di tutto ciò che serviva,dalla lavastoviglie alla lavatrice allo stendino ..Letti comodi,anche il divano letto che avevamo in salotto..Struttura comoda anche per sei persone..Condizionatori presenti in tutte le stanze.Nonostante fossimo su una strada non ho sentito grandi rumori esterni..Vicinanza alla metro con fermata \

Cons: Purtroppo essendo in un palazzo un po' vecchio non è presente l'ascensore e le aree comuni sono da rivedere .

Estremamente soddisfatti della scelta!

Pros: Alloggio in posizione strategica. Vicinissima alla metro e facile da raggiungere. Appartamento carino e comodo. Avevamo a disposizione tutto il necessario: lavatrice, forno, frigo, asciugacapelli, ferro da stiro, ecc. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile e la governante super disponibile e gentile.
