Great apartment within easy reach of the centre of Valencia

Pros: We've been travelling around Europe for 9 months and have stayed in over 50 apartments, and this one is definitely in the top 3. It's just a lovely, clean, spacious apartment in a nice neighbourhood, and Lorenzo the host is great too. About 10 minutes walk to the Mislata metro station, then 10-15 minutes ride into the City.

Cons: Only that the bath towels were a little too small, and didn't really smell that fresh.

Overall, it was an amazing stay. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Pros: The place was clean and tidy. The building was easy to find, thanks to the clear instructions sent to me via WhatsApp the day before check-in. The location was also great, right next to the zoo, and we could even hear the sound of animals, which added a fun touch to the experience. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities.

Good value, super clean

Pros: Very clean, spacious apartment which suited our needs as we were passing through travelling south. Host very responsive. Parking can be difficult depending on time of day.

Cons: The third bedroom is a sofa bed and very small and uncomfortable.

Very good place for a few night stay in Valencia for families.

Pros: Very spacious apartment in a quiet neighbourhood. Check in an check out was easy. Communication with the owner was fast via Whatsapp. Nice café and playground under the apartment.

Cons: Mattresses could be changed. It is not about the apartment but parking was horrible even in the quite big parking area next to the apartment.

Nice appartment close to metro line, perfect choice for families

Pros: Lorenzo, our host, was wonderful and very helpful. Easy to follow instruction in order to access the appartment. The fridge went wrong during our stay but Lorenzo got it fixed (actually replaced) immediately. We got stuck in Valencia due to historic Spain floods, we could not even get to the airport. Lorenzo stayed in touch with us, even after we had checked out, and offered his supprt in any means. This meant a lot! Great coffee shop at the corner, huge supermarket is also very close towards the metro station which is 5-min walk away only. Several playgrounds are in walking distance zone, very comfortable with young kids.

Cons: The appartment is in a block of flats and some neighbours were loudly talking till late night in the streets which was a bit disturbing when trying to fall asleep. Windows are not soundproof, for sure. It did not bother too much my family, only me… so the problem is maybe with me. :)

Clean and practical Valencia

Pros: Size comfort, location. Great communication with host

Pros: We liked the modern apartment and the help we received from the owner

Cons: The third bedroom should not be called that as there is only a fold out bed which is not comfortable at all and the other fold out bed was in the living area which is not suitable owing to no privacy. If I was to visit again I would expect a proper bed or not invite people that could not share the second bedroom.

Pros: The communication with Albert was excellent and easy. The apartment is equipped with all the essentials for a stay. It was clean, wonderful, and cozy. Perfect for families.

Extremely satisfied with the apartment

Pros: Location was perfect, very central, ideally close to the airport, very nice coffee shop next door, very clean apartment, instructions were easy to follow to pick up keys

Cons: Pressure wasn’t great in the showers.
