Excellent value for money

Pros: Excellent value for money. Great location, close to the beach, supermarkets, public transport stops. The owner had good communication, fulfilled all the requests that were needed for our family.

OK for a short stay, nice location, great price but needs cleaning and renovating.

Pros: A nice and spacious appartment with a good location. We haven't met the host in person, but the information exchange on Whatsapp was very easy and smooth. It was easy to find and access the appartment. Coffe machine, inside terrace, A/C.

Cons: It wasn't very clean to be honest and the appartment needs renovation for sure. Dirty kitchen cabinets and walls, upholstered doorframes, falling off floorboards. The pillows on the inside terrace where moldy and the terrance was full of moisture. The A/C when turned on smelled awfully and was dirty inside too. Neither the washing machine nor the kettle worked. When wanted to make tea we needed to cook the water on the kitchen stove in a pot. The pictures put here on booking.com do not correspond to the actual look of the appartment: - there are no armchairs or a table in the bedroom - it is impossible to enter the little balcony as it is tiny and full of equipment on the floor - there was no rug in the living room Also, when entering the appartment a note is put on the wall, something like \

Pros: The apartment is in a perfect location, a nice street with bars around and the sea is 10 mins walk. It is also not far from the city, we could reach everything within half an hour: centre, museums, parks. It is a nice and spacious apartment.

Pros: Great comfortible appartman . Beach is near, walking 15 minuts. To the centrum with metro or bus.

Cons: Terasa je světlíkem, kde si nedovedu představit, že bychom seděli.

One of the best cities in Spain

Pros: The host- Eduardo is an very polite and warm person- he recommended us local restaurants and asked us during the stay if everything is ok. He also allowed us to leave our luggage inside long after the official check out time + he let us check out later. The location is perfect- 10 minutes from the best beach in Valencia and 30 minutes from the centre.

Totally worth the price

Pros: Even though we arrived way earlier than the check in time they let us to store our bag at the apartment while they are cleaning. They also provided different creams and cleaning gels in the shower and a fully equipped kitchen.

Cons: Ac was a bit dirty and there were some minor damage to the furnitures but nothing serious.

Nice appartment, great for a family vacation.
