Lovely Modern Flat Valencia center

Perfect

Pros: The apartament was very clean, probably the cleanest I have ever stayed in Valencia. Everything was good maintained, the kitchen was spatious and equiped with everything needed. It also included a microwave and oven, so appropriate for longer stays aswell. Wilfort was very kind and welcoming, he gave us the instructions and the check in was very smooth.

Comfortable, spacious apartment, well furnished with everything that you might need and a short walk to the central mark

Pros: The property had everything that you could need. Kitchen was fully stocked with plates, cups, utensils etc. The apartment was clean, comfortable and very centrally located. The host was helpful and always easy to contact. He gave us recommendations and also met us when we checked in at midnight. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend this apartment to friends and family.

Pros: Very good location, close to the metro station and to old town, many shops around to buy food. Quiet neighbourhood. The apartment is well equipped.

Cons: The only thing I found as a small problem was the lack of central heating - the apartment has air-conditioning and a small heater though.

Good Location and owner - a few things needing tweaked though

Pros: The location is very good, near to the metro and about a 20 minute walk to the historic city centre. Shops are close by for groceries, couple of good eating places are also near. The street is quiet, no noticeable noise coming from a club next door. ,

Cons: I should mention I managed to pick up a severe throat infection upon arrival in Valencia so I spent more time in the flat than I would have wanted, but when you are devoid of energy after 2-3 hours you have no choice but to retire from the tourist fight for the day. The flat is clean, but it is small, once you open the front door you are immediately in the living area, it should be noted there is no view from either the bedroom or the bathroom, you are confronted by the walls of adjacent flats, I would doubt if there is more than 10-12 feet between them. The first night we we were there seemed to be the time when the local dogs gathered for a bark in the back courtyard this went on for over 2 hours, not once did I hear any of their owners or any of the surrounding flat occupants try and get them to shut up. The hot water tank in the flat is just not big enough, there was no way we could shower one after the other, it needed at least 30 minutes between in order to get a warm shower. On the day we left it was early morning and there was not enough hot water for 1 shower, so I suspect it’s also on a timer. The living room window looks onto the inner courtyard of the building which is a mishmash of buildings of all shapes. I don’t know if the owner Wilford uses a 3rd party to do the cleaning between rentals or if he does it himself but there are a couple of things I think he should note that would improve it. When we arrived the washing machine was full of wet clothes, obviously it has been missed when checking the flat for new guests. The first time we made something to eat we opened the cupboard to take out plates, all that was there was 3 extremely chipped dinner plates, they are not usable, we used 2 of the remaining bowls to eat off for the first day and a half, then while looking for a chopping board I found a stack of good plates. My advice is to throw out the very badly chipped tableware and replace with the intact ones.

Pros: The facilities Coffee and some basics They let us go in 2h before the check in time

Cons: The bell didn’t work, and nobody told us in advance it was very annoying since we had ordered food, and the driver and us weren’t advised. It would be better if the keys were in a locker rather than a person handing them We booked for 3 people, we were very tired after a very long trip but they did not prepare 3 towels and 3 beds. So we had to wait for the person in charge to bring it, it was not long but annoying, since we came from a very long trip

A fantastic host, combined with great accomodation, makes this a perfect place to stay in Valencia

Pros: From the start, it was a great experience. Wilfort was welcoming and provided great tips for our visit. The flat was perfect for our needs - clean, well equipped, great location. The whole experience was excellent.
