Excellent location and very comfortable stay

Pros: We had a great stay at Parker the Urban Flats. The location is excellent – very close to the metro and bus stations, and within easy reach of the city center, which made getting around Valencia very convenient. The apartment was very clean, tidy, and comfortable, with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The staff were very kind, helpful, and always available if we needed anything. Overall, a very good experience and we would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Valencia.

We had a lovely time overall. Valencia is a beautiful city and the accomodation was great.

Pros: Really nice apartment. The staff were very nice and helpful. The location was great. The room was spotless. We really loved our stay.

Cons: The weather was poor, it rained. No iron in the room. A washing machine would be good for a longer stay. Other than that it was all good.

Overall, worth the price

Pros: Spacious, clean and good location. Coffee machine with provided pods. Comfy beds. Nice lobby and friendly staff.

Cons: Only minor issues were that the water pressure was on the low end and that the cleaning lady forgot to throw the thrash.

Pros: Locqtion is quite close to the old town and public transportation. Everything is walkable. Staff has been delightful plus they even sent me some extra goodies for my birthday.

Cons: The laundry isn't really working properly so we ended up going to a laundromat 8mins away..

Spacious Appartment with a small balcony in a good location

Pros: Very spacious appartment with a small balcony. Location close to the city center. We've stayed with our 10-year kid and have more than enough space. People at the reception were extremely friendly. Location is a short 10 Min walk to the Central Mercado.

Cons: Heating did not work all the time.

Well connected and convenient

Pros: We booked this accommodation last minute, as the place we had booked previously cancelled a day before we travelled. We weren't disappointed with the new booking. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed for a short stay. Cooking facilities were fairly basic but enough to make a simple meal. It was walkable to the old town and we also appreciated being near a metro station and having access to several bus routes.

Cons: We were kept waiting a short time at reception as the room wasn't quite ready, but otherwise no problems.

Pros: Very nice accommodation, located in a very nice neighbourhood, 4-5 min walk to mercado central. Next to the accommodation you have bus and metro station which is great. Apartment was very large and equipped with everything we needed. Very clean and cosy. Staff super helpful and friendly; they even surprised me with a gift and card for my birthday. Thank you for this! Would definitely recommend this to all my friends- it’s a very good value for the price they are requesting!
