Security cameras to be aware off, but otherwise excellent

Pros: Lovely apartment, 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms, excellent location for exploring the Cuitat arts and science museums, parks and a nice 30 minute walk into the centre of the city

Cons: There are security cameras on the walls in the hallway and lounge. We were text at arrival that these are turned off when guests are there and used when apartment empty, however we would not have made the booking if we knew as we have no evidence they were actually turned off which felt intrusive. Single beds are not very comfortable for adults, ok for kids.

Pros: The apartment was spacious and clean. Perfect for my family which includes 3 teenagers. It is close to shops and restaurants. The linear park is near by and is great for walking, running and cycling.

Cons: We had some issues accessing the apartment. More instructions should have been given on how the door lock works. You have to turn the key 5 times for the door to open! We were sent a video on how to access the parking space for the apartment but it was not clear how to find the correct door to access our apartment block, so had to try multiple doors. Pilar, the owner, did her best to help us via WhatsApp messages.

Pros: Location was excellent, very close to main attractions, good shopping and nice restaurants. Nice starting point for jogging. Not close to the beach, but there is a bus. Lovely to have breakfast on the terrasse in the sun. Very clean and spacious and everything needed in place. Good beds!

Cons: A bit hard to get access to the apartment as we had to call and only got a Spanish speaking person helping us.

Pros: the location was excellent and the apartment clean and perfect for our family

Really good base to explore the city, half way between old town and beach.

Pros: Really spacious and well maintained flat. Very quiet. Close to useful bus stops.

Cons: How to access flat and key collection was a little unclear beforehand, but it did all work out fine.

Pros: Easy communication, very friendly. Clean. Easy check in and check out. Great location in modern part of València between beach or old town. Parking space ( SIXT just around the corner we rent a car only for 3 days). Well equipped apartment.

Pros: Everything was great! The location is very close to the oceanographer and public transport, in a very quiet area. The apartment was very spacious for two families with all the amenities you needed and very clean. We will definitely come back on our next visit to Valencia.

Pros: A huge spacious 3 bed property in a superb location for the marathon. Short hop to the beach too. Great communication from Pila on all aspects.

Cons: Nothing to not like about the property. Taxis in Valencia are lacking, making enjoying the old town more difficult from here. FREENOW and Uber were pointless.

The apartment was very clean and spacious having all luxuries and services needed.

Pros: The location was very comfortable for us, easy access to busses, taxi and the mall, also very easy to take a walk to the local restaurants and brunch establishments, and the owners were very very keen on helping us to our requests.

Cons: I couldn't think of something more. We had everything we need. Just excellent.

Pros: Excellent location and really accommodating hosts. Apartment was clean and fully stocked, equipped with everything we needed for our stay.
