Short visit for Graduation

Pros: The flat was pretty ok. Some stuff was not in the best shape. Localization is ok but long distance from the airport

Cons: Short distance to the beach, port and tram station. Open view in the leaving room

Pros: The appartment was mordern, clean and well- equiped. Very well located and central. Nice park nearby that leads all the way to the old city centre. The Oceanografic and City of Arts and sciences is within a short walking distance.

Cons: There was an ongoing construction just opposite the appartment. Although they don't start work until 8 am, it was still quite noisy and annoying if you want to sleep in. Luckily, I had ear plugs which minimised the noise. There is a swimmingpool, but guests of this appartment are not allowed to use it. When you arrive, you are asked to sign a document stating that you won't use the pool and that if you do, the police will be called and you may be evicted. Other than that, we had a wonderful the location is excellent!
