Pros: L'emplacement du logement est génial, il y a des supermarchés tout près et des endroits pour manger et boire un verre très proches aussi. Il est bien connecté avec les transports en commun et la cité des Sciences et des Arts est à moins de 10 min à pied.

Pros: Hermoso piso, amplio, confortable. Muy buena ubicacion, a metros de la ciudad de Artes y Ciencias. Rodeado de bares, restaurantes y shoppings. Lo mas interesante es la cochera, muy practica y con acceso directo al piso.

Excelente estadía en Valencia

Pros: La ubicación estratégica del apartamento es ideal para alojarse cerca de la ciudad de las artes y las ciencias. La cercanía a un centro comercial y tienda del Corte Inglés es muy buena. La atención por parte del anfitrión estuvo muy buena, información clara antes de la llegada y durante la estadía. Las instalaciones muy cómodas y acorde a las fotos.

Cons: El único inconveniente que tuvimos fue que el lavavajillas presentaba un error y no estaba funcionando, se reportó al personal pero no lo atendieron ni arreglaron durante nuestra estadía. Aunque no fue algo relevante durante nuestra estadía, sería ideal que estuviera funcionando.

Mooi centraal gelegen appartement

Pros: Mooi , schoon en modern appartement in een nette buurt. Vaatwasser was kapot en het bubbelbad werkte ook niet en de schuifdeur tussen badkamer en slaapkamer ging niet dicht. Hebben we de 2e dag gemeld maar op dag 5 was er nog geen actie ondernomen. ( wel excuses gehad) Het zwembad is niet verwarmd en er zijn geen stoelen of ligbedjes aanwezig. Huurfietsen ( Valenbi si ) voor €4,- per dag staan op loopafstand en je kan door heel de stad fietsen wisselen. Naar het oude mooie centrum ongeveer 20 minuten fietsen en het strand is 15 minuten fietsen. Echt een aanrader. Tevens is er op 100 meter een winkelcentrum met een grote supermarkt. Oceanografic en het grote stadspark is op loopafstand. Ongeveer kwartiertje lopen.

Cons: Service en geen ligbedden of stoelen bij het zwembad
