Pros: The apartment is pretty large and comfortable for group of 4–5 people.

Cons: The key must be collected at a different location, approximately 3 km away, so you should allow an additional 45 minutes (round trip) for key collection, as well as extra costs for fuel, taxi, or public transport.

Valencia is a beautiful city. Very cyclists friendly.

Pros: It´s in a fairly quiet area, but with everything within hand reach. The apartment is spacious and modern. Staff was very responsive and helpful It’s easy to go into town, by bus or the rental bikes you can pick up at the many bike stations around town. You can do it online or through the App. Apartment is located just next to the big park that runs through a big part of Valencia.

Cons: You have to pick up the key at a different location. And I did not find the keypad to open the first door. I was lucky enough someone just came through the door of the building.

Pros: This was accommodation only, so no meals. The apartment was spacious, well equipped and clean. From the smart TV you could login to your own Netflix /Prime or other accounts, which was a bonus. Situated in a quiet location and easy walking access to Oceanographic, the Science museum and more shopping than most people need. Highly recommended.

Cons: Nothing, but a couple of observations. The ensuite bathroom has a bath with shower attachment. It is not a non slip bath, there is no bathmat and nothing to hold onto. If you are a little unstable on your feet, (like me) you do need to be very careful. Perhaps a hand rail could be added? On leaving the apartment you have to leave the keys inside. Before you close the apartment door, make sure someone is holding the outside door to the street open. Or you cannot get out :-)

Estaancia muy completa

Pros: Me costó bastante llegar a las oficinas. Están en una zona sin paso para vehículos, por lo que tuve que dejar el uber bastante lejos y andar. Las oficinas están perdidas en un pequeño acceso a la Plz. de la Reina. Por lo demás, el apartamento es un lujo, bastante mejor que las imágenes que pude ver en la web. Tiene un dormitorio en suite, con baño, y otro dormitorio doble, aparte de otro baño completo, un salón muy bien amueblado y todos con terrazas exteriores, aparte de la cocina muy completa. No me gustó que el domingo por la noche (22.30) apareció un señor diciendo que venía a montar un router que no sabíamos nada de ello; por supuesto no lo dejamos entrar pues el que teníamos funcionab. Esto nos mosqueó bastante, sobre todo por que la agencia no nos avisó ni dijo nada.

Cons: Que la agencia no nos avisara de la instalación de un router o cualquier otro elemento.

Pros: Très bel appartement et à proximité de la Cité des sciences de Valencia et des commerces. L'appartement propre et ne manquant de rien, est situé dans une résidence fermée. Plusieurs places de stationnement gratuites devant la résidence. Proche des transports en commun pour aller en centre ville par le bus👍🏻

Cons: L'annonce indiquait une piscine commune dans la résidence mais nous n'en avons jamais vu la couleur. Effectivement, l'agence immobilière ne nous a jamais fait de retour concernant mes plusieurs demandes afin d'obtenir des bracelets pour accéder à la piscine commune alors que l'annonce stipulait qu'il y en avait une. Un conseil pensez à bien demander au préalable l'accès à la piscine lors de votre réservation!

Pros: La ubicación es perfecta al lado del centro comercial y la ciudad de las artes y a tan solo 10 minutos en bus de las playas el piso muy limpio cómodo y muy bonito cien por ciento recomendado además si vaz con niños tienen todo para poder cocinar si quieres

Cons: Lo único malo fue que nos tocó ir hasta el centro a recoger las llaves y estaba un poco retirado del apartamento pero para destacar fueron muy amables al dejarnos tener las maletas en la oficina mientras el apartamento se desocupaba lo recomiendo cien por ciento

Pros: Sehr schick! Komfortable grosse und gut gelegene Wohnung

Cons: Die Kommunikation war nicht perfekt und wir mussten 1h warten um in die Wihnung zu gelangen.

Gelungener Kurztrip

Pros: Tolle Lage, tolle Wohnung, toller Pool. Top für ein paar Tage Valencia mit Familie.

Cons: Schlüsselübergabe via Schliessfach an einem anderen Ort in der Stadt.

Pros: Lo que más me gustó es lo limpio que estaba todo y la ubicación, está al lado de un centro comercial muy grande con Mercadona, farmacia, etc.. y a unos 10-15min andando del Oceanografic.

Cons: A lo único que le puedo poner una pega es a la cama supletoria que era un poco incómoda, por lo demás todo bien.
