Pros: The location was a short walk from the city of arts and sciences but was also very well communicated with the city centre via bus or metro (closest metro station was Maritim station). The apartment is in perfect condition and made for a very enjoyable stay. I would definitely stay here again.
Cons: The air conditioning is a centralised unit meaning once they turn the heating on in the building only hot air comes out of this unit. Therefore no air conditioning was available during this stay.

Great stay! Lovely and clean flat with great facilities and helpful staff.
Pros: Clean, great facilities, good location and very comfortable.
Cons: Refuse bins are not close enough. Not the fault of the flats though!

Pros: Nice style, great location, comfortable bed, very well equipped, very tidy place and good communication with personnel.
Cons: Very high deposit payment made me nervous about everything while I was supposed to be relaxed and well rested. Electrical work in the apartment was a bit crazy, you can't turn off kitchen lights without turning off all lights in the apartment, when you do - the electrical box does buzzing sounds which woke me up a lot. Still, I had a good time in overall :) and can recommend.

Pros: Everything is new, apartment is very well equiped, percectly designed with so many details. Quiet location, close to the port, easy to access everywhere.
Cons: Pillow was to high and huge

Якщо шукаєте стильну квартиру щоб до моря 10-15 хв пішки, то це супер варіант.
Pros: Локація : близько до моря та поруч є всі необхідні зручності. Стильна квартира, сучасна.
Cons: Перші два дні не було гарячої води. Перший поверх з виходом з квартири одразу на вулицю. Це було некомфортно. Вікна доводилось зачиняти повністю з ролетом постійно. Та не відчуваєш безпеку повноцінну.

Pros: L'appartamento è nuovissimo, bellissimo e ben curato. Ci siamo trovati bene, l'unica pecca è stata trovare polvere nell'appartamento, ma nel complesso era pulito. A noi ci serviva per la Maratona, per cui per la distanza dalla Città delle Arti e delle Scienze è più che ottima.

Soggiorno piacevole, con tutto cio' che serve
Pros: Posizione a 100 metri dalla fermata degli autobus, 900 mt dalla metropolitana e 100 metri da un supermercato fornitissimo. Non è in centro ma lo si può raggiungere agevolmente. Arredo e ristrutturazione recentissima
Cons: Il letto è soppalcato e non vicino al bagno ; per accedervi bisogna affrontare la scala in discesa al buio .

Pros: Czysty i duzy pokój, wyposażenie kuchni i łazienki wszystko co niezbędne (w tym pralka, zmywarka czy suszarka do włosów lub ubrań), sprawny kontakt z osoba z obsługi pobytu! Ogólnie miło wspominam i polecam pobyt. Zdjęcia na stronie odzwierciedlają rzeczywistość
Cons: Raz nie działały drzwi aby dostać sie do mieszkania (karta magnetyczna). Pokierowano nas do osoby mówiącej wyłącznie po hiszpańsku. Na szczęście pomogła osoba- spacerowicz przechodzący obok.. inaczej mielibyśmy problem,bo było po 21 w nocy. Poza tym łóżko było zarwane na środku Reszta wyposażenie pokoju wyglądała na dość nową i wygodną naprawde ok! :)

Semplicemente stupendo.
Pros: Struttura moderna, ottima posizione. Vicino si possono visitare: Oceanografico, centri commerciali e vari locali di ristorazione. A 15 min dal centro città raggiungibile con vari numeri di bus.
