Good for a short stay

Pros: Good location, Metro and bus stops nearby, few good cafés and restaurants in close proximity. 15 minutes walk to the beach. Spacious place

Cons: Noisy neighbours above

Brilliant location and area

Pros: Location is excellent, safe area, metro close, good proximity for centre and Atocha station. Easy check in, keyless, comfy beds, apartment fairly well stocked with what you'd need. And a kettle!

Cons: It's a flat and some of the neighbours were a little inconsiderate with noise. To be fair it wasn't excessive but there was a bit of running up and down stairs quite late at night and the walls are thin. It didn't feel threatening though, just a bit ignorant.

Great location

Pros: The apartment was well equipped with all the essentials you would require. I was very happy with the location. Right by the bus stops, close to the Marina and a very enjoyable walk into the city.

Cons: I had to be very cautious going up and down the stairs

Perfect for a short stay / cruise terminal nearby

Pros: Perfect location close to the cruise terminal - we were going on a cruise the following day. Around 10 min walk from the metro station. Nicely equipped, everything you might need for a short stay - really spacious too. Equipped with AC.

Pros: This was a very comfortable space. The location was very good, a bus stop on the opposite side of the road with frequent buses into the centre and just a 10/15 minute walk to the beach. The air conditioning was very welcome and a fan in the loft helped at night. It was great to have a full kitchen and a washing machine. This was a home from home, much better than a hotel room. It was great value for money.

Cons: It could have been a bit cleaner, just lacking in areas e.g.fridge and shower cubicle. But it certainly didn't spoil our stay. I would certainly come again.

Relaxed and comfortable

Pros: Spacious and clean and in the perfect location for the beach and the city

Artist touch

Pros: The apartment is really thoughtfully and artistically finished. Spacious to get your feet up after travelling into the city. Washing machine a very nice addition.

Cons: Quite a bit out of town for exploration - you'll need a taxi/bus to get to the historic centre.

A very pleasant place to stay for a few days

Pros: It’s location is good for both the beach and to get the bus into the old town . It’s a comfortable size with all the facilities if you needed them

Cons: I was quite noisy both from being on the street and from surrounding apartments and the street it is in is not very appealing

Spacious quirky & fun

Pros: Had all the things necessary, spacious & not to mention the quirky furniture

In general, it is a very strong 4 out of 5!

Pros: The apartment is spacious, well-equipped, and furnished. It was clean and everything was functioning without any issues. The location is good as well. You can easily get to the city center via bus and the supermarkets are nearby.

Cons: Unfortunately, the noise isolation is not the best and sometimes you can hear the outside noise or neighbours. There is also a school outside and you can clearly hear the bell when they start or finish lessons. The biggest issue is pigeons that you can hear in the bedroom during morning hours. They even messed with the bedroom window until we put some DIY carton spikes there :)
