The perfect place to discover Valencia

Pros: Very nice reception, super friendly and with lots of tips about what to do in Valencia. The apartment is spacious, comfortably furnished and super clean. And the location is perfect: just opposite the main entrance to the old town.

This Apartment made our holiday and we will definitely use again

Pros: This Apartment was incredible, gorgeous and modern. location was perfect - a beautiful short walk from everything, bars, restaurants, shops, park. Ive 3 kids so I needed this. Lots of room for us all and we didn't want to leave. we'll be staying again thats for sure.

Pros: Excellent location, within walking distance of city centre, public transportation and restaurants/caffes.

Cons: It was not really an issue, but the building does not have great noise insulation, you could hear a lot of noises from adjacent apartaments.

Modern and clean flat in great location

Pros: Excellent location for getting around the city by foot or public transport and near supermarkets.Very clean with good air con.Hosts quick to respond to queries.

Cons: The Hoomvip app to access the building and flat was quite temperamental and caused us worries that we would get locked out if it did not work.

Pros: - The staff was extremely friendly and helpful! - There is a grocery store 7 minutes from the apartment; there are numerous cafes and restaurants around. - Parking on the street is complicated but an underground parking lot is about 10-15 minutes walk (costs 4.50 per day)

Die Lage der Wohnung hat uns während unseres Aufenthaltes immer wieder begeistert und haben uns in der Wohnung wohl gefü

Pros: Toplage, kurze Wege zum Túria Park, optimale Verkehrsanbindung sowie Supermarkt und Bäckereien alles sehr nah vorhanden. Komfortabel durch Aufzug im Haus und einfacher digitaler Zugang via App, wenn man es einmal eingerichtet hat. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt, gerade auch bei einem längeren (fast 4 Wochen) Aufenthalt.

Cons: Die Küchenausstattung, was Geschirr betraf (Tassen, Gläser, große Schüsseln), waren knapp bemessen. Wir haben zum Beispiel drei Tassen und ein Schneidebrett dazu gekauft. Die erste Kaffeemaschine wurde ausgetauscht, nachdem wir den Defekt gemeldet hatten, die Nachfolgermaschine hat zwar funktioniert, man musste aber die gesamte Zeit den Knopf gedrückt halten, damit der Kaffee lief, was auf Dauer umständlich war.
