Beautiful apartment and great location

Pros: Great location and lovely apartment. Eduardo was very helpful and made an effort to show us the apartment and also provide some details of the city. Apartment was lovely and had great facilities. Would highly recommend

Large apartment in a great location

Pros: It is a large apartment in a very good location. It has all the facilities you need. The owner met us at the apartment and gave us a recommendation for a paella restaurant on the beach.

Cons: The apartment could do with an update in some areas like the shower which leaked as the sealant appeared to be quite old.

Pros: Very comfortable apartment, excellent location in front of Turia park, very close to historic center. Apartment has everything you need for short and even longer stay. Eduardo the host is very friendly and very helpful.

Cons: Bit noisy as it's on a main street but other than that, everything is great

Pros: The apartment was lovely and spacious, great living area. It was in a good location, just a short walk to Old Town across the bridge. Eduardo, the host, was lovely and greeted us at the apartment. Good public transport nearby. Supermarket 5 minutes away and good eating places over the bridge.

Cons: Parking was a bit problematic. We ended up parking in a nearby car park the 3 days we were there which cost us $54 euro which was a bit costly.

Pros: Very good location, next to the old town. Quiet and friendly environment, good facilities. I highly recommend it.

Pros: Eduardo was an excellent guest, getting in touch early and offering to take us from and to the airport. Contact was perfect. The location was very good just outside the old town along the main park and next to facilities. An excellent place to discover Valencia.

Cons: The flat was a bit dated and dark, and noisy from the street but we had everything we needed for our stay.

Comfortable apartment with a great host

Pros: The appartment js very comfortable, walking distance to main city centre attractions, bus stop in front so you can easily visit bioparc, oceanograph and the beach. There are supermarkets nearby. Eduardo is a great host and will facilitate your stay as may be needed.
