Pros: I stayed in a two-bedroom apartment and had a great experience. The place was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with modern facilities and everything looking brand new. The location is excellent—just a 10-minute walk to the city center and 5 minutes from the La Torreta private parking (18€/day). Communication with the host was smooth and easy. All in all, I'm very happy with my stay and can confidently recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the area.

Cons: Nothing to mention.

Pros: Excellent location. Well presented. Very interactive owner with detailed information leading up to arrival. Nice and quiet given the proximity to the city centre. Would highly recommend.

Cons: Pillows need replacing in bedroom most uncomfortable for what we paid new pillows an necessity and there was no shower gell in bathroom

Pros: Very nice apartment. The place was clean and everything matched the photos. The location of the apartment is very close to the center of Valencia. The host was very nice and responsive to the needs of the travellers. Highly recommended!

Pros: Quiet neighborhood super-close to city center with great AC and a very nice and approachable host.

I strongly recommend this apartment

Pros: The location is great close to the old city, bust stops, supermarkets and restaurants. Apartments are fresh and well maintained. Everything you need is there: kitchen, TV, big shower, washing machine, iron, hairdryer, etc. The Owner was very helpful and friendly, replying quite fast. For additional charge we got baby crib and permission for doggy to stay.

Cons: The only thing I would add is dishwasher

It was quite comfortable and would recommend it to families with kids.

Pros: The contact person Gema was very friendly, and helpful. She was very quick in her responses and tried to make our stay comfortable especially, for my son. She arranged taxis whenever we wanted to go to any place of interest and took care of our needs for instantly !

Cons: There was no hand soap, shampoo and body wash at our arrival. Also, the washing machine requires a manual. Nevertheless, my stay was comfortable and good :)
