Pros: Arianne is an excellent host and easily contactable with all queries. The apartment is clean, bright and in an excellent location. Despite our stay coinciding with Storm Alice we were able to explore the beach area and travel to Old Town Alicante. I hope to return to Arianne's apartment and enjoy the close-by beach and promenade in sunnier times. Would highly recommend the apartment and the host 😎

Perfect for a beach stay in Valencia
Pros: The apartment itself was fantastic. Arianne was a great host who was incredibly responsive and very kind. The facilities themselves were excellent, everything was very very clean and you couldn't be closer to the beach, which is also wonderful. Though the apartment is a little out of the way of the city center, we found buses and taxis incredibly easy and affordable when we wanted them. This place is perfect if you want to make more of a \

Perfect stay for holidaying with small kids.
Pros: The location was perfect for us as a family with small kids. Large pool outside, bands in the apartment for access and the beach was a 4minute walk away. Chairs and umbrella were provided in the apartment. Our host Arianne was very accomodating with cot, recommendations for activities with kids and really helped us out with a later check out time on our day of departure. The fresh baguettes in the onsite cafe were divine.
Cons: There was a crazy golf.set up around the apartments but you had to have your own clubs and balls which was a shame.

Pros: Our stay at this place was absolutely wonderful! The host was incredibly kind, helpful, and caring – always available to answer questions and offer assistance whenever we needed anything. From the moment we arrived, we felt truly looked after. It was clear that the host genuinely cares about the comfort and well-being of their guests. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as described. The location was perfect – close to main attractions, shops, and public transportation. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend this place and would love to come back again!

Very satisfying
Pros: It was a very pleasant stay at this apartment . Clean , nice apartment, very good equipped so we had all we needed for our stay with kids. Also very close to the beach . The Landlady was very nice and let us stay longer as our flight was in the evening. Really recommend this apartment to families with kids.
Cons: Little quite location, but probably because of the time of the season

Excellent location, but for the price it should have better services
Pros: The location is really fantastic! Just a few meters from a great beach. And the pool is really good too. From the delivery of the keys to the availability to answer questions throughout the period, the kindness of the support team. The areas of the flat, with a good balcony.
Cons: The central air conditioning is very, very noisy. It disrupts sleep. I know it's not a hotel, but for a period of 1 week like I stayed, it's a shame that the flat wasn't cleaned, and the towels weren't changed, especially considering the amount invested.

Pros: Saubere Anlage, schöne Wohnung mit Blick auf das Meer vom Balkon aus. Gute Busanbindung. Sehr nett fanden wir, dass es Strandstühle und Sonnenschirm für den Strandbesuch gibt.
Cons: Die Wohnanlage liegt am Rande der Stadt: ca. 1 Std. Fahrtzeit ins Städtchen oder zu Sehenswürdigkeiten, im häufiger überfüllten Bus. Leider wurde am Tag nach unserer Ankunft der Swimmingpool geschlossen - was uns nicht bekannt war ( trotz Sonne und 26 - 29°C.)

Super verblijf
Pros: Heerlijk schoon appartement met zachte bedden. Dicht bij het strand en lekker zwembad. De hostess reageerde super snel op berichtjes en regelde alles wat er nodig was.
Cons: Een van de badmeesters bij het zwembad leek soms echt geen zin te hebben in zijn werk. Hij leek wel redenen te zoeken om de weinige bezoekers van het zwembad weg te kunnen sturen.

Maravilloso apartamento en playa La Patacona, Valencia
Pros: La limpieza del apartamento. Excepcional. Las camas super comodas. La cocina full equipo y habia de todo para hacer limpieza. También habían sillas de playa y una sombrilla. El baño equipado con mucho papel higienico además de Shampoo y Gel para bañarse. La terraza preciosa. Con una Mesa muy cómoda y grande, toldo para el sol y ventanas . Además de una vista impresionante a la playa y la piscina. La sala tiene un sillon super cómodo y hay muchos juegos de mesa. Las habitaciones cuentan con grandes armarios. El apartamento tiene todo lo que se necesita para pasar unas lindas vacaciones. Cuando vuelva a Valencia me gustaría mucho poder alojarme aquí otra vez.
Cons: Nada. Todo es perfecto y super bien pensado para la comododidad de los huespedes.
