Pros: Excellent location and setting for family holiday. Very professionally run complex. All staff very friendly and helpful. Food and drink on-site very good value.

Pros: Un departamento precioso. Muy acogedor, cálido y limpio. El complejo residencial tiene un predio muy lindo. La playa está a 3 minutos del complejo. Los negocios no están justo al lado de la casa, pero para nosotros no fue ningún problema caminar un poco o ir en auto. El dueño respondió a los mensajes muy rápido, siempre muy atento y amable. ¡Gracias!

Cons: En la cocina, la presión del agua caliente no es suficiente para que se encienda el calefón a gas, por lo que teníamos que abrir el agua fría y girar la canilla hacia el lado del agua caliente para que el calefón se activara.

Pros: It was close to the sea for swimming. It was clean and being on an upper floor, didn't suffer from this year's officially declared plague of cockroaches in Valencia.

Cons: It was fairly impersonal- no personal touches.

Perfekte Lage für einen Valencia-Besuch, wenn man auch Ruhe möchte

Pros: Es war von Christina alles sehr gut vorbereitet, die Schlüssel lagen bei der Rezeption bereit. Die Wohnung liegt ideal am nördlichen Stadtrand und ist liebevoll ausgestattet. Der Parkplatz in der Garage ist ein echtes Plus. Die Fenster sind sehr gut schalldicht, somit stört die stark befahrene Autobahn nicht, wenn sie geschlossen sind.

Pros: La limpieza estaba todo impecable y la ubicacion muy cerca de playa también el restaurante que esta dentro del complejo nos gusto mucho bastante económico y las pizzas muy buenas

Cons: Lo único la cafetera estaba muy vieja y sin mango hay que cambiarla no utilize ni lavadora ni horno nada imagino que funcionaria
