Happy beach weekend for this US family!

Pros: Lovely beach weekend at ApartUP Patacona- apartment was clean and well-equipped and the location was very good. It’s located at the far end of Mare Nostrum so restaurants are about 10 min away but there are several options close by. Well-equipped kitchen and great balcony.

Cons: The 2nd bedroom could use a little attention - a bedside table with a lamp and a luggage rack would be helpful.

Der Urlaub war toll und die Wohnung alles in Allem gut.

Pros: Die Lage ist perfekt - direkt am Strand. Auch die Dachterrasse ist toll. Die Ausstattung mit Wasch - und Spülmaschine war für uns als Familie sehr praktisch. Insgesamt ist die Aufteilung der Wohnung über zwei Etagen sehr schön.

Cons: Leider ist einiges nicht mehr ganz im besten Zustand. Die beiden Bäder haben dringend eine Sanierung nötig. Hier bröckeln teilweise die Fugen raus und die Tür einer Dusche ist kaputt. Im unteren Schlafzimmer war der Rollladen defekt und ließ sich nicht öffnen. Einige Lampen waren defekt, ebenso die Tür eines Küchenschranks. Der vorhandene Wäscheständer ist zerbrochen. So schön wie die Dachterrasse ist, so schlecht ist sie ausgestattet. Vorhandene Stühle sind teilweise defekt oder so unbequem, dass sie unbenutzbar sind. Alles Kleinigkeiten, aber in Summe doch einige Mängel.
