Immaculate, modern, well appointed beachfront apartment with excellent host

Pros: We really loved this property. The actual building is beachfront, so a couple of steps and you’re on the beach. Mario the host was super accommodating, with great communication and punctual. The apartment was immaculate, nicely appointed with all the amenities we needed. It’s a modern, well maintained and well ran property. I’d definitely recommend it and definitely stay here again.

Pros: Ideal location, host was more than accommodating- he gave us great advice on how to navigate the local area and the city. Made our holiday so easy.

Schön, aber schimmelig

Pros: Schöne Unterkunft, sehr saubere gebügelte Bettwäsche, neue Möbel,in der Küche gibt’s alles, was man braucht. Tolle Ausstattung (nur würde ich ein paar Tassen mehr kaufen,da sind nämlich nur zwei.) Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Helle Küche und Wohnzimmer.Die Lage ist sehr gut, nah zum Strand mit einer tollen Promenade. Mit Auto ist man auch ziemlich schnell in Valencia (ca. 17 Minuten zu d’En Sehenswürdigkeiten). Mit Bus ca. Einer Stunde. Wir durften früher einchecken .

Cons: Beim check-in ist man nicht flexibel, man muss die genaue Ankunftszeit sagen, was mit Kindern manchmal sehr schwierig ist. Der Boden der Unterkunft war leider dreckig und wird vom Personal mit Schuhen betreten. Ich musste den wischen, als wir angekommen sind. Muss nicht sein. Was aber richtig gestört hat, war das Badezimmer. Es hat nach ein paar Tagen angefangen extrem nach Schimmel zu riechen. Die neue Dusche geht langsam kaputt, die Fliesen gehen ab und es schimmelt. Sogar nachts im Wohnzimmer hat dieser Geruch gestört. Da muss etwas gemacht werden. Und noch ein minus Punkt ist die Aussicht aus dem Schlafzimmer. Man sieht den dunklen Hof (oder die Terrasse). Das war ungemütlich.

Super vacanta

Pros: Foarte aproape de mare, apartamentul e pe faleza dar cu vedere la sosea. Totul a fost curat si functional. Are totul necesar sa poti gati si spala haine. Preluarea apartamentului a fost exact cum am planificat. Pe faleza gasesti foarte multe restaurante si la o plimbare de 15 min distanta gasesti un supermarket. Statia de autobuz e practic la intrarea in cladire. Indiferent cum iti planifici vacanta ai totul la dispozitie.

Pros: La ubicación excelente. Buscábamos un lugar cercano a la playa y estaba a la vuelta de la calle. Necesitaba algo más de servicio de aseo de recibimiento: champú, gel, papel higiénico. Lo demás, todo perfecto.

Apartamento muy nuevo y cuidado. Bien ubicado al lado de la playa. Personal muy amable permitiéndonos una salida flexibl

Pros: Todo está muy nuevo y cuidado. Mucho equipamiento disponible.

Ottima posizione, appartamento completo, pulito e moderno

Pros: Staff molto gentile e disponibile, ci hanno anche dato dei consigli per il soggiorno. Puntuali per l consegna delle chiavi, spiegazione ottima delle caratteristiche dell’appartamento

Cons: Probabilmente avevo visto le foto di un altro appartamento ma mi aspettavo che avesse un terrazzo verso il mare, mentre non aveva terrazzo ed era rivolto verso la strada.
