Perfect place for a leasure part of vacation with perfect host

Pros: The property was in the area of Malvarrosa beach which is just across the street. It is 5km from the old city center but is not crowded at all (we were there in July). The building is a part of residential complex with the pool, mini market and café. The apartment is owned by Mrs. Maria Beatrice, very nice and friendly person. The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, living/dinning room, kitchen, laundry space and a nice terrace on the ground floor with a pool view. It is clean and has everything you need for a nice and comfortable stay.

Just a beautiful part of the world and an excellent apartment

Pros: Excellent location, 25 meters to the beach. Nice pool area, walkable to some excellent restaurants. Easy access to the bus network

Cons: Nothing really. Had everything we needed to cook and clean.

Pros: The host Maria Jose was very kind and supportive. The apartment is lovely and cozy, and it has everything one needs. The location is wonderful, beachfront. Many restaurants. It cost about 14 to 17 euros to get to the Valencia city center.

Pros: The apartment was brilliant. Very well appointed, very clean, and has a great location close to bars, cafès and returants. Very close to the beach. The lady who helped us into the apartment, Maria Jose, was just the loveliest friendliest, most accommodating person you could ever hope to meet. 10 out of 10 for Maria.

Cons: Nothing, it was great.

Decent stay close to the beach in Patacona/Aboraya in Valencia.

Pros: Overall the host/hostess was nice, allowed an early checkin and helped out. The place was also very clean. Apartment has most of the needed items in the kitchen and bathroom. Location was a block from the beach.

Cons: It is not truly a beachfront place as it says in booking.com. However, it was a convenient 3 min walk to the beach. Also, the apartment needs some repairs to justify the price per night - the toilet flush wouldn't flush fully. The toilet tank is small and pressure insufficient. The coffee made in the coffee maker was not good. No view. The apartment itself is not a great quality place but just okay although very clean. Host was very nice.

Very clean, great host, near beach, bars, cafes, pool

Pros: Great location near the beach, apartment opens onto the pool, we have never been to a cleaner apartment. Maria has this property pristine and it smelled lovely including all the linen and towels. Helpful touches such as coffee, bottled water, provided by Maria who went above and beyond to meet us with the key and show us around. The building foyer is amazing with shops and cafe. Highly recommend the cafe outside for a wonderful brunch. The photos on Booking.com don’t do this apartment justice; it’s much nicer!

Pros: La cercania a la playa y la piscina del apartamento. El apartamento en si muy bien

Cons: Tener que dejarlo a las 11:00 lo veo muy temprano y el precio excesivo para dos noches

Pros: Très bel appartement, très bien situé. Juste en face de la plage. Piscine disponible et gratuite. L'appartement est très bien équipé. Il y a le meilleur glacier de Valence juste à côté et de nombreux restaurants sur la digue à proximité.
