Fantastic apartment and location!

Pros: Excellent location with easy access to the beach, restaurants, playgrounds, and shops. There's even a direct elevator from the flat to a grocery store!

Cons: It is in a sunless corner, so a bit windy and cold, but it is in Spain.. So cold is not really cold.

Vamos a regresar

Pros: Nos a gustado que el piso está muy cerca de la playa, además que tiene una parada de autobús (31) que nos lleva directo a la centro de Valencia. Dentro del complejo de pisos tienen dos supermercados para comprar algo rápido. Muy cerca se encuentra un Consum y un Mercadona para una compra más grande. El piso tiene una temperatura muy agradable ya que no le da el sol todo el tiempo y en Septiembre está muy bien. Esta bien equipado con sombrilla de playa y paraguas por si llueve. Las camas cómodas. Limpio

Cons: La cocina tiene todo , aunque los cuchillos les falta un poco de filo.

Thank you to the host who was willing to work with us and accommodated our needs. I recommend.

Pros: The location is great, just two minutes walk to the beach, stores, and a bus stop. Kitchen was nice well equipped with pots, pans, silverware. Washer was available. Beds were comfortable. There were all supplies you may need for a short or long stay. The balcony was facing a pool, too bad the weather was on a colder side and we didnt have a chance to enjoy it much, but it would be perfect for summer stay.

Très bon séjour en famille

Pros: Nous avons été très bien reçus et conseillés à notre arrivée dans le logement. Le logement était conforme à la description et très proche de la plage. Nous reviendrons certainement.

Cons: Il manque un peu de vaisselle pour éviter de faire tourner le lave-vaisselle trop souvent.

Fijn appartement aan de boulevard

Pros: De locatie is prachtig dichtbij de boulevard. Compleet appartement met alle spullen die men nodig heeft. Fijne communicatie met de verhuurder
