Pros: Close to the beach, easy to get to, nice neighborhood - perfect for a stay alone

Totally recommend it

Pros: The appartment was in a good location near the beach, less than 10 min walk and the neighborhood was quiet. There's a bus stop only like 3 min away from the accomodation to go to the city centre, green and grocers around the corner, and a supermarket (Mercadona) a few minutes walk from the appartment. The place has all the essentials, very clean and tidy, the staff was amazingly helpful, and would reply any queries within minutes.

Pros: Lokalizacja blisko szerokiej plazy (5min spacer).. przez co dalej do centrum ale komunikacja blisko (autobus nr 31 kilka kroków od lokalu dojeżdża pod sam katedrę Walencji), spokojna dzielnica, ok 10min piechotą duży market Mercado. Sam apartament dobrze wyposażony, czysty, klimatyzacja, ciepła woda w prysznicu bez problemu, wygodne łóżko. Łatwe zameldowanie i dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Parking za darmo przed apartamentem.

Cons: Same apartamenty (jak większość w Walencji) przerobiony prawdopodobnie z garażu... przez co wychodzi sie bezpośrednio na ulice - czego nie pokazuja na ogloszeniach (nie ma żadnej klatki schodowej) ....zreszta nie tylko dotyczy to ogloszen tego apartament.. przez to okna sa mleczne zeby nikt z zewnątrz nic nie widzial, przez to ciemniej w pokoju. W załączeniu zdjęcia z zewnątrz. Polecam Apartament nr 4 jest najwidniejszy mimo takich okien. Czuć czasami wilgoc ale to jest problem chyba w całej Walencji. Na dłuższy pobyt Apartament takie położenie pewnie nie daje komfortu ( nam to nie przeszkadzało bo tylko spędzaliśmy czas rano i wieczór - 4 noce.. reszta czasu poza). Ale stosunek ceny do jakości (nasz pobyt luty 4 noce 300euro) w takich warunkach ok.. Każdy musi wiedzieć co chce... apartamenty z innym położeniem np z balkonem droższe 2 razy...

Good price/quality for a stay!

Pros: Everything went perfect with check-in. The instructions were clear, the apartment itself had all necessary. Cleaned sheets, toilet and bathroom. Owner was super friendly.

Cons: Heard a bit of noise from outside, because of thin walls

Hâte d y revenir

Pros: Très propre, toute commodité même des contenants en plastique pour les restes cuisinés 😉. Confortable et bien insonorisé. Chauffage efficace. Douche incroyable avec beaucoup de pression. Clara et Sandra ont été très réactives et efficaces. Le quartier a tout à proximité et aussi les transports en commun pour se rendre au centre.

Pros: El detalle de una botella de agua en la nevera y un café, parece una tontería pero no sé, me gustó

Cons: X rellenar el hueco diría que el baño huele un pelín, pero vamos solo x poner algo

Wonderful stay near the beach in Valencia

Pros: Clean, excellent location near the beach, helpful staff, lovely space. Everything needed to cook for myself, great AC and smart tv. Cozy home for a week.

appartement idéal bien placé bien équipé dans un très bon quartier

Pros: L'appartement très bien placé en rez de chaussée . Une personne est venue nous remettre la clé et expliquer deux trois choses . Mieux qu'un digicode pour la remise des clés .L'appartement est très bien équipé , une bouteille d'eau est offerte. le linge de maison est propre . pour deux nuits , deux serviettes chacun . le lit est confortable . La cuisine est bien équipée . Le quartier est calme , et tous les commerces et bars sont à proximité . Quansd à l'insonorisation , rien à dire . Nous y retournerons avec plaisir .

Pros: The apartment is on the ground floor, so no stairs. It was clean and spacious. The bus stops were nearby and the buses were frequent and on time. It was easy to move about and we visited a lot of places. The laundry mat was nearby and we used it safely.

Cons: Would have appreciated more towels. Otherwise all was good.
