Habitación céntrica de Lujo Gv 1

Pros: Location is quite perfect. Amenities are ok (2 bathrooms for 6 rooms, quite new), cooking is quite easy, even have prepared storage spaces for every of the 6 rooms. Terrace is nice, no view but a pleasant outdoors space.

Cons: It's very noisy, both from the street (rooms 1 and 2) and from the flat. But with earplugs I got ok sleep. The Key system is efficient, but do know you need a phone with battery and coverage at all times. Do not leave it in your room when you go to the bathroom !

A highly enjoyable stay in Valencia. I would definitely choose to stay at this apartment again. I loved it!

Pros: The very large apartment with hotel style rooms was in a perfect location for central Valencia, and for access to the Green River Turia park. The apartment was beautifully designed and every last detail/need attended to. There was a very well equipped kitchen and the terrace for my breakfast was really super. I had a very relaxing stay.

Cons: Nothing!

Pros: Struttura molto pulita,moderna e in un’ottima posizione. Lo staff é stato molto gentile a dare risposte rapidamente e risolvere i nostri problemi

Pros: -posizione super centrale e top -camere piccole ma accoglienti -bagni con tutto il necessario e anche belli, mai trovati sporchi

REPETIRÍA

Pros: Tuve un pequeño problema con la puerta para entrar y en menos de un minuto estaban ahí para solucionárnoslo, super agradables y resolutivos, habitación cómoda y con todo disponible, por lo general todo bien

Cons: Si que es verdad que las puertas deberían estar más insonorizadas, para que no te des cuenta quien entra y quien sale de su habitación, pero por lo general está bien

Muy bien!

Pros: La ubicación del departamento es excelente: se encuentra en una zona muy bonita y tranquila, con numerosos bares cerca, a poca distancia del centro histórico y con buena conexión para ir a la playa u otras áreas. El departamento en sí es precioso y está muy bien diseñado. Además, está completamente equipado con todo lo necesario para cocinar y lavar ropa.

Cons: Las habitaciones no están bien aisladas, por lo que se perciben fácilmente los ruidos provenientes de las habitaciones vecinas. Además, las puertas suelen presentar inconvenientes: a veces no se desbloquean correctamente, tardan en abrirse o se traban. En cuanto a la limpieza, es muy buena. Quiero destacar especialmente el trabajo de la señora que asiste los domingos, ya que dedica el tiempo necesario y deja el departamento impecable. Sería recomendable mejorar la comunicación, ya que en caso de una emergencia los dueños no responden a las llamadas. (en ningún caso responden llamadas)

Pros: El apartamento era muy grande y todo estaba muy bien organizado en las áreas comunes.

Central and efficient

Pros: Location. Only two bathrooms for 6 rooms I think but it was manageable. They were super quick to respond. The electronic doors can be a little bit challenging at first but it works just fine. They let us leave the luggage in a locker on the hallway before check-in and after check-out (but there was no key so we preferred to carry our valuables with us) .

Cons: There was a water leakage … but these things happen and they sent somebody to fix it the next day. The room was not super clean, I’m talking about the floor. Nothing critical, but I wouldn’t walk bare feet in the room.

Pros: La limpieza y organización del apartamento. Entrada fácil e instrucciones claras. Todo un acierto.

Cons: Los enchufes estaban tapados.
