Pros: It is situated in a nice neighborhood, Ruzafa. About 15 min walk to old town and 35 min to City of arts and sciences, you also have the subway. The room is small but has everything needed. The check in happened with no problem whatsoever, the host is very polite, highly responsive. He was very understanding of the check in and out hours, which is absolutely amazing. The bed and bedding is so comfy. It has attention to detail with coffee capsules and tea provided. It isn't sound proof, but I didn't have any problem since the other residents were considerate. The terrace and dining area are quite fancy.

Pros: The location was great, the room was also in a very good condition

Cons: The toilet could have been cleaner, but as it's a shared toilet we understand it gets dirtier. As assumed in Spain there was no lift and we had a big suitcase which was annoying to take upstairs.

Pros: Nice and clean room with comfortable bed, locker big and enough for two people, clean shared kitchen with all necessary devices, shared bathroom was very clean. Excelllent location, close to all necessary facilities, markets, restaurants, train station, Turia park, city center, all that within 15 min of walk

Cons: size of our room and bed was more for one person than two

Pros: El alojamiento en general es increíble. Todo es muy nuevo y moderno, la cocina estaba equipada con todo lo necesario. La habitación es muy cómoda.

Cons: Cuando fuimos a ducharnos había pelitos en el plato de ducha que tuvimos que quitar y tampoco pudimos usar los dispensadores de gel y champú porque no funcionaban. A pesar de eso había gel a disposición de todos.

Great stay

Pros: Great place. Book it. Stayed a week and was everything I needed. Very clean.

Cons: Only odd thing that I ended up loving was the entry key system. Very slick! Once I got the hang of it I was timing my entry.

Pros: Era todo muy espacioso la terraza era fantástica y la cocina estaba completamente equipada, además de estar a tres minutos andando del centro y rodeado de bares

Cons: La cama era dura para mi gusto.

Casi todo perfecto

Pros: En general está súper bien organizado y muy limpio. La cocina tiene dos neveras para compartir según la habitación que te han asignado. Los baños están muy limpios a pesar de que también se comparten con más habitaciones

Cons: La puerta de la terraza no se abría y nos quedamos encerradas afuera (funcionan con enlaces de apertura muy sencillos de usar), escribimos al chat pero nadie respondió, por suerte había un chico en la habitación junto a la terraza, nos escuchó y nos abrió con llave. Por la noche al llegar al piso, había otra chica encerrada en la terraza otra vez con la misma situación, si no llegamos a escucharla se hubiera quedado toda la noche en la terraza?
