Pros: Shared kitchen and bathroom large and clean. Great location. Reasonable price.

Cons: Entering/unlocking only possible with app. My room (No. 4) only had a sliding door, so you can hear everything and everyone outside your room. Sheets on bed had stains.

Modern and comfortable place near the center.

Pros: This a beautiful building of classical architecture with modern renovation located very near the historical center. Room was small but has all you need for a short stay.

Pros: the location was amazing, cleaning ladies were very friendly and helped me with anything! you can leave your bags in the corridor before leaving valencia, which was really handy for me. communication with the host was very quick!

Cons: there was no shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom, and the bathroom wasnt as clean as id imagine. the only problem i had was that the walls are extremely thin, so you hear everyone coming in/out of their rooms. but nothing terrible!:)

Pros: Perfect room in utmost central location. Exceptional clean, modern, stylish and with well planned common kitchen, two bathrooms and terrace. Supermarket, bus and good restaurants right around the corner. One really could not ask for more. No TV, but who needs it in a city like Valencia? Love it.

Alojamiento de calidad!!!!

Pros: Alojamiento muy tranquilo, con todo de primeras calidades. Baños amplios y bien iluminados. La cocina está completísima y la terraza es un gran plus para disfrutar al aire libre. El sistema autónomo de entrada funciona a la perfección, lo que hace la estancia aún más cómoda. Zona céntrica con todos los servicios posibles. Regresaré sin duda. Muy recomendable.

This was a great place to stay, close to everything and quiet! Great value for your money.

Pros: Good room, the bathroom was great! It was big, had great water pressure and hot water. Also, the kitchen was large, well stocked and clean. The patio was also good sized and had a place to sit out and work on my computer. There sere serveral good places to eat within blocks of the apartment. Also, there were two large supermarkets close by.

Cons: Had problems with the lock to my room. It was an electronic lock and kept on locking itself. On the 2nd day it locked me out of the room. I had to break into the room. I talked to a clearner later, and she told me it had happened before.

Pros: El sistema de entrada es muy bueno. El espacio es moderno y elegante. La ubicación es excelente. Sin duda es un buen lugar para quedarse. Cómodo, limpio y muy céntrico

Pros: Новый дорогой ремонт в кухне, в ванной и комнате. Комната небольшая, но для одного человека абсолютно достаточная. В комнате есть полотенца, и даже абсолютно новый коврик под ноги, как дома. В кузне есть все для комфортного приготовления еды. А также специи, кофе и чай.В номере большая бутылка с водой и стакан. Очень комфортный стол для ноутбука со всеми возможными зарядками для телефона и лампой. Постель идеально чистая, кровать новая. Все идеально, но вы должны разобраться с электронным замком. Я руководствовалась другим отзывом , но должна добавить, что дверь находится на один этаж выше от входа. При входе на этаж 0, дверь на этаже 1. Это дверь в коридор, в котором находится несколько комнат, кухня и ванная комната. Подходите к своей двери и наберите данный Вам код, чтобы активировать. В комнате осень тихо, но нет вида из окна. Мне это было не нужно. На веранде модно сушить вещи. И модно оставить после выселения свои вещи на целый день, если у вас самолёт вечером, как у меня.

Pros: Très bien situé, bien expliqué pour s'y rendre et pour recevoir les codes d'entrée. Terrasse sympa bon équipement.

Cons: Il faudrait nous remettre un pendentif de porte afin de prévenir notre présence pour les autres locataires, qui peuvent avoir tendance a se penser seul.

Challenging but overall comfortable and clean place

Pros: Location near good restaurants/shops- few tourists - nice people and big kitchen area with coffee tea

Cons: My room so small and facing interior but it was quiet. Also the system of getting in difficult- I didn’t know you had to be online and open this way- very weird. So i wasn’t prepared and fortunately the cleaning lady was there to let me into room. when I went to shower and left my door open a bit it was locked and I couldn’t get into my room. I didn’t have management number and so for another tourist to call and get me into room.
