Great place to stay and visit the city, without having to be right in the centre

Pros: Great hotel, large comfortable room, well located for metro access to city centre

Cons: Parking access not simple mainly do to local building work and one way systems, not really the hotels responsibly

Highly recommend

Pros: Friendly staff, really clean, lovely breakfast, close to the hospital. Leaving our luggage for hours after check out wasn’t a problem

Pros: The promptness of the staff, the facility, the water pressure was great, the rooms were clean, the bed was well made, the temperature of the room was great, the elevators were quick

Cons: Check in was kinda slow unless you checked in online

Good Permanence

Pros: Overall, the hotel is good, but what really makes the difference is the front desk staff — especially Vivian, the receptionist we met at night. She was incredibly sweet and helpful. Eugenio and Carmen were just as great. As for the building itself, it definitely needs a bit of a refresh, since the rooms look quite old, and cleanliness could be improved. The floors, both at the reception and in the rooms, always looked a bit streaky. That said, the general cleanliness of the room was fine — the bathroom and the bed were good — it was really just the floors that could have been better. Breakfast, on the other hand, was perfect: really rich and varied.

Pros: It was basic, simple and friendly. Comfortable bed, incredible view, adequate shower.

Cons: Nothing to complain about really, but shame no kettle and coffee/tea in the room. No fridge or comfortable chairs. I would recommend this hotel for business only.

Pros: Rooms were small but great value for money! housekeepers were incredibly friendly and always serviced our room to a high standard. Breakfast wasn’t included in our deal so i found it a tad bit expensive for what you got but still really good, location near metro system bit far from city but still great!

Cons: Found the pool to be quite dirty. Wouldn’t mention it unless it was in need of a deep clean

Pros: It has a variety of facilities, the pool is great as well! The staff was really helpful and kind. Our room was cleaned every day! The location is well-connected to the city!
