Pros: We loved the gym, was very well maintained, had the basic necessities, that were of high quality, and also the gym was very beautiful. Room and bathroom were really nice, asked reception for an iron which we got to keep for our 1 week stay. They’re also very environment aware, that really stood out. Excellent stay!

Cons: The 2 things worth mentioning was that the we couldn’t actually use the tv how we’d like, I’m pretty sure they had they’re own programming to avoid people using the wrong setting of the tv, which prevented us from being able to log in to Netflix/youtube and watch our own shows which would’ve been nice, but they did have access to a good variety of cable tv which we ended up watching (all Spanish ofc so if you’re not a fan of cable or don’t understand Spanish then bring a laptop). And lastly, I think this is because of their environment awareness and avoiding wasted water through washing machines, they wouldn’t actually change our sheets when room service came, they would just remake the beds. Just something to be aware of! I’m sure they would change it if it got dirty tho.

A short break away

Pros: The staff were brilliant. Anything we needed was provided to us straight away ie a kettle for our room, a taxi to the airport. They always said hello to us anytime we passed. The location was great.

Pros: It was very clean, staff friendly, breakfast excellent and it close to the metro which left it easy to get into the city.

Cons: The shower was either too hot or too cold, couldn’t get it regulated.

Pros: The hotel is right next to a station, ot made travelling extremely easy

Pros: Lovely staff, very nice hotel which was clean and tidy. Super helpful in securing an extra bed for the night on short notice. The concierge brought extra towels, water, coffee etc., free of charge!

Cons: Nothing, that i did not like.

Pleasant stay in a lovely hotel.

Pros: Location wasn't bad. Good connection to public transport. Most staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Nice room. Complimentary water a nice touch.

Cons: Inconsistencies with staff, as to whether or not we could book breakfast whilst we were there. Good choices for breakfast but overpriced. Only one lift worked, so often had a long wait.
