Relaxing , comfortable modern hotel

Pros: Friendly , helpful staff , very nice clean modern hotel

Cons: I wish the rooftop bar was open but understand not open as due to the season and weather

A perfect short break, great staff, lovely room, very happy!

Pros: Beautiful hotel in a great location. Public transport just outside the door and s 10 minute walk to the old city. Just perfect! The staff were incredible particularly Maria on reception and all the restaurant staff. Very friendly and helpful and couldn’t do enough to help us. Very sad to leave!

Pros: As a wheelchair user I found the hotel accessible in all areas and I loved the space in the accessible bathroom. The staff were friendly and kind! Feryel needs particular mention as she was just so sweet and friendly whilst offering excellent service. The roof terrace was awesome! There are also two lifts in this hotel so no waiting around to get to your room.

Cons: Nothing to dislike! Honestly one of the best hotels in Valencia.

Great hotel for exploring Valencia.

Pros: This is a delightful boutique hotel which is very conveniently placed for exploring Valencia. The old town is just a stone's throw away, with great shops and gorgeous architecture. The hotel is very well-appointed and comfortable.

Pros: The staff were very helpful and very attentive, a particular mention for Feryel in the restaurant who was a delight and made our stay so pleasant. We would definitely stay there again

Cons: Perhaps another main course choice on the menu.

Pros: The hotel is quite small, with the reception and breakfast area combined. We stayed as three adults and found the room spacious enough, with a large bathroom. Breakfast was good, the coffee was fine, and fresh eggs are prepared on request. The staff is very helpful and attentive. The main bed was comfortable; the extra bed for the third person was less so, but acceptable. The location is great, walking distance to the main attractions. I would definitely recommend it.

Cons: The pillows could have been more comfortable, but that’s a matter of personal preference. For breakfast, I would have appreciated a wider selection of vegetables.

Pros: Wonderful staff who were so helpful. We arrived later in the evening so was lovely to have the rooftop bar/restaurant to get something to eat. Great food & good value for money. Try the mojito! The beds & room was super comfortable & everywhere from the hotel is within walking distance. I wouldn’t hesitate to return to this hotel.
