Pros: Great location — nearby there are fruit shops, a supermarket Consum, and a bus stop. The apartment is on the sunny side and has air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped with a grill, kettle, coffee machine, microwave, oven, and plenty of various dishes. It was nice to find salt and pepper and a roll of kitchen paper provided. The bedroom is comfortable, and the terrace offers a beautiful sea view. The agency responded quickly to questions and did their best to help. I really appreciated the clear instructions and recommendations they sent before check-in.

Cons: It was very windy. Of course, that’s something no one can control. We also arrived in February, during a particularly windy period. (The two air conditioners helped a lot — they heated the rooms quickly, so it was warm and comfortable inside.) The water boiler capacity was quite small — there was barely enough hot water even for one person; after about five minutes, it would run out. (We had to figure out how to increase the heating limit.) There was no full-length mirror. As a man, I hardly noticed it, but it was inconvenient for my girlfriend. (There is a mirror in the bathroom, but it’s small — you can only see your face.) It would be more convenient if there were a large mirror built into the wardrobe in the living room or if a large mirror were hung in the bedroom opposite the entrance.

Amazing

Pros: I don't think many apartments make such an impression from the very first moment. Plenty of space in the kitchen and on the shelves in the bedroom. The view from the window is incredible. The apartment is modern, well-equipped, and very tastefully decorated. The beds are very comfortable. Everything looks just like the photos in the listing. Each room has working AC, which provides cooling in the summer and heating in the winter. The internet is very good. It's very close to the beach and the city center, and the surrounding area is full of cafes, bars, and shops.

Cons: We were bit unlucky because the two apartments next door were undergoing renovations and window replacements. These renovations were constantly audible however once finished- problem will go. This is definitely an apartment for sun lovers. The proximity to the beach means that all the fiestas, firecrackers, and nightly beach parties are very audible, despite the apartment's height (the apartment is on the 7th floor). This wasn't a problem for us, but people who prefer peace and quiet should generally avoid apartments on the first line of the beach. The apartment would benefit from an electric vacuum cleaner, a cordless type, which would be very helpful in keeping things clean. It's also essential to add more bedding, so there are always two sets for each bed, although in Spain everything dries quickly, so we managed.

Excellent location, facilities and host

Pros: Newly refurbished apartment, exceptionally well fitted out, very well equipped, in an exceptional location. The host was very responsive to one minor issue.

Pros: Piękny widok na plażę i morze z 7 pietra. Blisko restauracje z owocami morza i nie tylko. Cudowne wschody słońca . Fajne miejsce wypadowe do Gandi i Valencji. Na końcu ulicy duży supermarket . Pogoda dopisała .

Cons: Miłe by nas zaskoczyło gdyby w standardzie mieszkania były podstawowe rzeczy takie jak sól , pieprz i kilka dodatkowych worków na segregację śmieci .

Pros: El apartamento está decorado con mucho gusto,no falta detalle,todo muy limpio,nuevo.En una palabra precioso.Y la ubicación excepcional viendo el mar desde la habitación y desde el salón.Vistas increíbles,un paraíso.Y el personal muy atento.

Cons: Todo fue perfecto,no hay pero.

Pros: Хороший контакт с хозяином, быстро отвечает на сообщения. Великолепное расположение - это самый большой плюс. Современный интерьер квартиры.

Cons: Отсутствие приветственных капсул для кофемашины, мусорных пакетов, средств для посудомойки, стиральной машины. В ванной не было геля для душа. Все это надо везти с собой или сразу покупать в магазине. Тарелки и стаканы с отколотыми краями, мелочь, но неприятно.

Pros: Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement ! Tout était parfait : très bien équipé, propre, confortable et idéalement situé avec vue sur la mer. Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison ! Un plus pour le parking gratuit. Nous reviendrons !
